Parker in Rome

This was the absolute highlight of Rome. Seriously this hotel deserves more stars. The service and front of desk clerks (hotel receptionists) were amazing, a font of information with food restaurant recommendations, maps, and more. In staying here they also offer free breakfast which was always ready when we got down there early 8 or earlier. The food is alot of chocolatey croissants and pastries like doughnuts but it is lovely and they offer a self service of pastries and coffees/hot drinks, teas, hot chocolate, etc. Amazing location for food and restaurants too, nice Gelato places nearby. Walkable distance to metro and bus stations, etc and just a lovely experience. Best hotel I've ever stayed in! Even beats a four star that I stayed in in New York, no joke. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. It is very clean and comfortable and you can get rooms cleaned every day if you wish. There isn't a laundry place inside but one nearby that the staff can recommend.

Our overall stay was very good! The hotel is set in an older building, and while it’s not a modern-style property, the rooms have been nicely renovated and the washroom had a few modern updates. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The standout was definitely the customer service. We interacted with four different front desk staff members during our stay, and every single one of them was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant.

Breakfast was included and quite nice, we also enjoyed the outdoor terrace. We had a couple of minor issues come up during our stay, but the team addressed them quickly and efficiently. The only small hiccup was a bit of miscommunication around replacing our shower head — it wasn’t running optimally and unfortunately couldn’t be fixed until after our second night.

The location is great — within walking distance of the Colosseum, metro stations, and the main train station. You can hear the occasional train during the day, but noise was not an issue at night.

Overall, a comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

Lovely stay. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked perfect and the shower was nice and powerful. The garden area was sweet and it was so nice to be given a complimentary Italian breakfast. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. 24 hour reception was great. One was very helpful in giving us directions. Location was good, only 9 min walk to Roma Termini station where there are direct buses to airport. Also a few mins walk away from tram station where you can easily get to all the main sites. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and really clean.
We arrived in summer and we at the lobby they offered fresh water and early check in as our room was ready.
At the room we had also free water and chips, big beds, clean bathrooms.. Just perfect.
The neighborhood is a little bit scary but still safe, we were 3 girls, we walked late night back to the hotel and we had no problem, there's one metro stop 10 min walk from the hotel and few bus stops..

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very kind, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. My room was very clean and featured a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Although breakfast wasn't included in the price, Italian breakfast was provided each morning, which was a delightful surprise. Additionally, the hotel offered free luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, a very positive experience!!!

This was my friends’ and my first time solo travelling, so we were a bit nervous going into it — but staying at this hotel honestly made the whole experience so much better. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made it stand out was the staff. Everyone was so lovely, friendly, and accommodating — they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. One staff member in particular, Madina (I think that’s her name!), was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and genuinely made a big difference to our trip. We’re so grateful to have chosen this place and would definitely recommend it to other travellers!

We stayed at Hotel Parker for 4 nights, and during our entire stay, every single staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. On our first day, they sent us a message on WhatsApp with tips about the best places to visit and eat in Rome — such a thoughtful touch!

Every morning, we enjoyed delicious pastries (croissants, cornettos, and other sweet treats) along with amazing coffee — all completely free — on a lovely little terrace. It was the perfect way to start the day.

The hotel is super close to the metro, and you can be in the city center in about 20 minutes. The rooms were always spotless, and the bed linens were changed almost daily.

There’s always someone at the reception 24/7, which made us feel really safe. Honestly, if we could give more than 10 stars, we would!

Thank you so much for everything. If we ever come back to Rome, we already know where we’ll stay.

P.S. On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, and when we came back to pick it up, I realized I had forgotten a mug I bought in Rome. The staff kindly offered to send it to us in Austria by post — such amazing service.

Great value for money, however the location may feel sketchy especially at night time. Our room was very clean and it had a small fridge which we loved. The hotel provided us with free breakfast which was very nice of them! The staff were super friendly and helpful too.

The accomodation exceeded expectations. It was a basic room, basic breakfast (the croissants were soft and yummy), and a bit out of the way of some major attractions (45mins walk from Trevi and 20 mins from Colosseum however we took the bus with no issues) but the price was one of the cheapest in the area and service + cleanliness was exceptional we really couldn’t ask for more. If you are looking for an affordable option with everything you need, look no further. A plus is that there are a few highly rated restaurants near the hotel that are less touristy. It’s also close to the main train station Roma Termini which was convenient for getting to the airport and to Florence for example.
