The stay overall was good but the room did not reach the expectations; in the booking pictures it was shown a nice and newly renovated room but in reality we got an old room that was nothing like the pictures. We recieved free breakfast that included pastry and coffee. The location is not the best but not the worst either, very dirty and a bit loud due to the fact that it is next to the train station / tram. The staff was very nice and welcoming, that was the best part of our stay at the hotel! :)

Not that good stuff: the area is just awful as it packed of dodgy people by the surroundings
The area is dirty as you can imagine! (Well, for my taste Rome is not well cared of)
Please dont go on summer season! VERY VERY hot, on top of that public transport is stinky/dirty

The rooms were amazing and really clean, but the bathroom is really small although it works. You’re in Rome so the size of the bathroom isn’t even a part of the things you should consider as possible problems. The breakfast is tasty and the little yard is the cosiest place ever. The staff are really nice, friendly and helpful boys, especially Ali. He helped me and my friends with such an amazing manner to find the places we’ve been searching for and never showed any sign of annoyance (it’s not that hard with us). Someday when we come back to Rome we’ll be staying in the same hotel because of him and the wonderful atmosphere at this place.

I am used to staying in backpackers or 4/5 star hotels. Not usually anything in between, but i loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had all the essentials. Granted, soundproofing is a bit of an issues and the beds were a bit uncomfortable, but you get what you pay for. Ali and all the other staff members were friendly and always willing to help when needed. For any other guests wondering why the rooms are so bright , ask how the shutters work. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel 15-20 minutes walking from termini station. The rooms are renovated, the employees are really friendly and the cleaning is good. They offer croissants and coffee for free in the morning and I think that really nice. a good hotel, so if it happen to be in Rome again, we will probably choose this hotel again.

The hotel has no breakfast, You have to walk few blocks away, to a small local. And the sweet buffet they write about on their site is actually one croissant and one coffee. That's it.
The walls are very thin, You can hear everyone and everything outside your room. The rooms are clean but this is perhaps the only good thing. The area
is not very attactive nor very safe but it is close to Termini (1km).

Worst hotel I ever seen ,the hotel in booking is offering breakfast and other conditions, when you go there you have the surprise to be sent to other hotel for the breakfast or to other restaurant which is 500- up to 1 km far away from the hotel. When you reach the restaurant you have the surprise to get a coffee and a croissant for the breakfast, nothing else,this is 15€ breakfast menu . The Philippines staff is trying to tell you that the hotel has a new management and the conditions will be changed. Try to avoid this hotel if you want a nice city memories.

We spent 5 days as guests of the Hotel.Clean,staff extremely polite and helpful,breakfast varied and plentiful.Recommended for those of us who want to visit the monuments.Thanks a lot ,we were fine

Good, clean Hotel. All the amenities available. Please never forget the price of the hotel. Very Central, many within easy walking distance. Supermarket in the vicinity. Top.

Good Breakfast great location for the money the normal small shower but I with the growth of 190 and a weight 130 is fit
