Although it's a 2star hotel, it was very clean. Τhe room was spacious, and the bathroom too. There is also a courtyard that you can drink your coffee or place for the children to play.

Quiet spot with well equipped room, wonderful garden spot and very attentive staff. The only issue was the lack of an elevator (an issue for those of us with mobility issues), my failure to verify

I love quiet places away from the chaos of more touristy areas so for me this place ticked all the boxes.
We had a large room with ensuite overlooking the garden with plenty of space for everything.
The hosts were very kind and helped us get around and find a great place for dinner within walking distance. Their recommendations were spot on.
If you want to visit Bologna this hotel will make a perfect base from which to visit the surrounding areas. It's close to the motorways but also not too far from the town centre.
We walked to the centre of Bologna from here, it took us 40-45 minutes each way.
Breakfast is good.

Very gentle service; Bologna can be reached by public transport easily (15'), station closed to the hotel.

The hotel is pretty worn. It needs renovation. Missing A/C is a problem in the summer. Apart of that the start is very pleasant. The free parking is very convenient. The small garden is also quite nice.

If you're travelling Bologna region by car, this is the perfect place to stay. Easy access to motorways and ample parking facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, air conditioned rooms and comfortable beds. Lovely tree covered garden to enjoy coffee and pastries in the morning.
