We spent here one night because our plane landed pretty late so on our way to Florence it was a very nice stay. From the airport it was a couple of minutes by taxi. First we wanted to walk but leaving the airport on foot was hard so we took the taxi. Hotel was nice. The stuff we're really helpful. Breakfast was better than typical continental. Only scrambled eggs were strange for me. I guess that hard boiled eggs would be a safer choice for people who prefer big nice breakfast instead of sweet one. Still, a very nice place as we had a HUGE room.

Super clean & spacious room; perfect location if travelling from Bologna Airport; great value for money. However, the most positive element of my experience has been the warm & friendly welcome, and the kindness at reception where I was given advice on how to get to the local train station and, from there, to Bologna's main Station. Thank you!!

Me and my family had a great time at this hotel. The room is spatious with comfy beds, clean and quiet (even on New Year’s Eve). We mostly appreciated the free parking!

Not really all that near the airport despite reviews saying so. Rooms are incredibly dated and there is no sound proofing whatsoever so you can hear every single noise from the rooms around you which is far from ideal if you have an early flight. They will at least arrange a taxi for you to the airport.
You'd be as well paying the extra to be in the city centre and getting a taxi or public transport from there.

Worse experience ever. Rooms are dirty, bathrooms even worse, joints are yellow. The staff are very impolite and the Manager Eugenia was not helpful at all in finding solutions. This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars.

Even though this place claim to have Air-conditions in the room, they do not! they have something from the 70s that on a cold day is insufficient!
We arrived in august on the afternoon, got our (fairly renovated) room and when we got inside, even though that so called AirCo was on it was very hot!
We waited an hour and gave up, & asked to move a room.
The staff member (which was very nice and helpfully!!) kindly replaced our room, but even in the new one the AirCo was not doing anything!
We asked to switch again, and since the hotel was quite full we got a new room that was not renovated, it was OKish except the shower room which was very old and quite discussing.
Since the AirCo was kinda working here, we kept it, but i was not very nice experience for us.

The wallpaper from 1934 is coming off the wall, the dingy bathroom would be ready for a renovation and the lift that threatens to stop at any moment are just a few of the highlights of the...
For 120€ the night I expect way more than this! If it wouldn’t have been an emergency to stay somewhere I would have left the hotel right away.
Nevertheless I have to mentioned to colleague at the front desk was very friendly and supportive!

Stayed in this hotel at 2 different occasions .
First time i stayed for one night in Room 104 on 22 April 2024. Reached very late, had some inconvenience entering the hotel (probably receptionist was busy in answering some medical emergency).
But he apologized for that. Room was OK. Breakfast was good.
Second time i stayed here again for one night on 24 April 2024.
Almost same kind of service, which was above satisfaction. They were able to book taxi for me (which was indeed on time), for my departure to Bologna Airport.

It's to noisy from others rum you can hear people from rum behind and front... Rums is clean and change all every day. Breakfast is totaly ok and reach... Staff is also really ok I can't complain about nothing... Parking is free and ok have elevator from parking to your flor... Bus to center is 25-45min depending of time in day and weather... line 23 is near hotel and Lima station in city center is... same is when you back Cach 23bus at Lima station in center and back to Siena station near hotel 30m from hotel is.
