Big room… good wifi… The pool had traces of ash from the volcano, but it was clean… Good breakfast… Free shuttle to and from the airport… And everything was clean… The air conditioning worked very well… If I come back, I will choose the same hotel

The rooms were dirty, found hair all over the bathroom and cobwebs in pretty much every corner.
A few of the staff members were kind and professional but sadly we also had a chance to meet with some very rude people at the reception.
The food was okay.
All together it is regretful for the price you need to pay, don’t recommend at all.

A hotel nearby the airport for a great price. The rooms are very large and almost in order. We were unlucky once when the air conditioning was broken and went out after 10 minutes (Which is annoying in a warm country like Italy). There is also a large swimming pool with sun loungers that you can use as a visitor. The breakfast buffet is also certainly fine.
Unfortunately the cleaning staff cannot speak English which is annoying if you want to say something. And unfortunately none of the staff wants to give or sell you water at 00:00 when you are very thirsty 🫤

The rooms are spacious and cofirtbale, on our side of the building you can see the Etna erupting but from the other side the view is to a rooftop. The bathroom is great with soap included. The price is also pretty good. There is also a pool available for use in the day.

We stayed the night here on our last day in Sicily since we had a super early flight, and we didn’t want to make the drive early in the morning from Taormina. This is NOT a four star establishment. The check in process took some time because even with four people present, only one employee was checking people in, despite three other families waiting to check. The hallway carpet was dirty at first glance, but we realized it was actually stained!! There appear to be stains in multiple locations that we saw on the third floor from the elevator to our room, and what we assumed was dirt just stained from I don’t know what! There was no one cleaning any area in the hours that we were there. The room itself is roomy!! We got the large bed and two small beds in the room - it was perfect for the few hours that we spent in the room. The toilet seat was loose and moved every time you used it and the shower had stains and cracks around the door and bottom. I did check thoroughly and the beds were clean - would not have stayed here if that was not the case. The garage is quite spacious but takes a bit of work to figure out the best way to park - the parking is included so that’s a perk I guess. Stay at your own discretion!

Huge and decent hotel with enormous rooms that feel like a dormitory. Long rooms with 3-4 beds in them.
While you seem to be walking distance from that airport, there's no safe way to walk there,luckily the shuttle service is excellent.
The staff is very professional, the restaurant is good. Overall a nice place to be close to the airport.

This hotel is so big I feel like one could run a marathon here. The amount of rooms is insane! The rooms are huge, equipped with a balcony and very interesting views. Showers are very nice, as well as the beds and the air-conditioning.
Breakfast was alright. Not fantastic, not horrible, in Dutch we would say: gewoon prima. Only a 10 minute walk from the airport (with luggage), about a 10 minute drive from the city center.

If, like us, you have read the reviews, then your expectations will be managed before you get there. It may have been 4* 25 years ago, but it isn't now, but i think that's matched by the under 100 euros price point. For us, it was an easy stay after a late flight. Free shuttle service from the airport took 5 mins. Check-in took ages as only 1 staff member on, but he was polite and helpful. Our room was enormous, clean, hardwood floor, huge balcony, but overlooking shipping containers! If you need somewhere to lay your head for the night close to the airport, then go for it, but that is the only reason to choose it.

Location is good and airport shuttle service great. Rooms are large, not too clean. Temperature 27degrees even outside temp is only 19 degrees. Impossible to sleep. Ac doesnt work and smell of food comes from kitchen? View is awful industrial area. Cant recommend. Paper thin walls.

Booked a triple bedroom. Got a dirty double bed with sand and hair on it with no towels. Said we'd change the sheets but none were available. 3 hours later (4am) they transferred us to some mosquito infested backwater hole outside the city without the breakfast we had paid for and we had to pay for a 50€ taxi back into town. Asked for some compensation, Agoda said it’s not their problem. Never again. Better to get a 30€ taxi into the city where there are better hotels and more choice.
