Universal Hotel

The staff are unbelievable. Fantastic, atención to detail, extremely friendly. Their a like a family. Pro-active. I have never seen a friendlier hotel than this one.

Very good, clean and well maintained hotel. Convenient access to the sea, equipped with a beautiful swimming pool. Very pleasant and helpful staff. A very good restaurant with a large selection of dishes where you can appreciate the quality of the ingredients. Among the hotels on the Riviera at the moment, this is the one where I have eaten better. Very good international breakfast. The partner beach is very large, well managed, with everything you need for adults and children.

We rested in this beautiful hotel in August 2018. It is located on the first coastline. The staff speaks Spanish, English and Russian. The hotel staff is very qualified and friendly, always ready to help and resolve all issues. A special huge THANK YOU to Angela at the reception! We had room 614 on the 1st floor (actually 3 turns out) with a side sea view (closest to direct view). Wonderful view! You can see the sea directly from the bed in the room! Wonderful, clean, cozy, comfortable hotel as a whole and the room. In the room: hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, shower caps, air conditioning, TV, sockets that are suitable for Russian technology, refrigerator, wardrobe. The downside is that there is no kettle. The hotel has a free pool and jacuzzi, fitness equipment, a bar, a restaurant, an open area in front of the hotel, where every evening and sometimes during the day there are musical entertainment programs for both adults and children. Rich delicious breakfast buffet, delicious pastries!!! Highly recommend this hotel! We rested in this nice hotel in August 2018. It is located on the first coast line. We had room 614 for 3 persons which is on the first floor with the side sea view, very close to the sea. We could see the sea from our bed! Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was a conditioner, a fan, shampoos, gels, bath caps, towels, body lotions, TVset, wardrobe, mini bar in our room. The hotel has a bar, a restaurant, free swimming pool, jacuzzi and training machines. In front of the hotel there is an open air area where you can have meals and listen to piano or DJ. Here you can find a large amount of different food for breakfast. Their bakery is the tastiest! I recommend this hotel! You can see my photos.

I came here with some friends who were competing in Ironman 70.3. For Ironman the location is perfect. The room is a bit small and the balcony tiny. The breakfast was ok, although I would have liked more healthy options. Dinner at the hotel was a big dissappointment. The staff however was amazing and would get 6 stars if possible
