We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to the receptionist—she was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her friendly attitude and helpfulness really set the tone for a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back!

Overall a fantastic experience!! We stayed one night and it was perfect for all our needs!
Price point was amazing as was the fact that they had room for our family of 5. Hard to come by in Europe. Shower was wonky with only hot or cold coming through so it was a challenge & a longer shower not super pleasant. Not a biggie for us as we only had one night.
But the location was stellar for us as we were headed to Rome by train the next day & the station is less than a 5 min walk. We dropped our rental car off at the airport, took the tram to the station & walked 3 mins to the hotel. 👍🏼
Also service was excellent as well the morning breakfast. Great coffee and pastries. I didn’t think there would be much breakfast offerings but we were all pleasantly surprised & made our teens very happy.

It is very conveniently located near the Santa Maria Novella train station. The hotel is maintained clean and well stocked with essentials. Eva at the front desk is very nice and able to provide recommendations around the place. The air condition is not great. The water in the shower is great, and the towel warmer comes in handy.
The elevator is small and can accommodate 2 large suitcases. The area feels safe with a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance.Tram station is just steps away, too. This is within walking distance to almost all attractions.

Stayed with my family. The location is excellent close to the station and convenient stores. The room and toilet were clean, cozy and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was varied and adequate.

Although located in a prime location, the rooms were small and not clean. The toilets had leaking pipes.

The room I stayed in was a good size, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was private, but located down the hall. Once we figured out how to open the window, it was not as stuffy, so ask for help with this! The breakfast was incredible. So much selection and so fresh. I could not believe how much there was to choose from for such a small hotel. Great location too!

We booked a room with a bathroom inside or we had the bathroom outside the room and far away. The reception didn't answer us about our request. Or any refunding. The bed was awful. It hurt my back a lot. It was very noisy with children near us. The room and the bathroom are small and dirty. The receptionist is a mean person and didn't care about us at all. The water of the shower are cold or so hot you can't wash you. I don't recommend this hotel.

In my last 2 decades of traveling, this is probably the worst hotel I have visited. I got there at 7pm on a Thursday, no one was at the desk, and the gate was lock. No lobby. No place to leave your luggage. You are basically on the sidewalk. Apparently, I missed the email where they notified me that I needed to walk a block away to check in in a different hotel. After many flights of stairs in a different hotel and knocking in any doors I could find, I finally found someone who called a hotel staff to the location (took 2 hours). He came over and led me to a room with a row of beds that smelled terrible and was 90o degrees. We attempted to plug something in a wall and got buzzed. Lights went out. Candidly, it didn't feel safe. We lasted about 10 minutes in the room and decided to leave for another hotel.

Amazing location right next to the Train station. Very welcoming staff and Breakfast was very fresh, rich and more than tasty! Would definitely come back again next time!
