A Hidden Gem – Highly Recommended! This hotel was a wonderful surprise! Great location—very accessible to restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and the Dome. The property is spacious, spotless, and offers excellent value for the price. I booked well in advance and was glad I did, as it was truly worth it.
The staff aren’t on-site 24 hours, but they’re very attentive during check-in and provide contact numbers in case of any emergencies. Breakfast was included and served at a nearby location just a block away. It’s simple but tasty, and the coffee is excellent—which, for me, is the perfect way to start the day.
I absolutely loved my stay here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Awesome locale. Look for the plaque near the entrance. It's possible to walk to from the train station. Staff was extremely helpful. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. The veiw was of a building wall, but it was nice to open the window and not have a lot of noise. The shower leaked a lot which was fairly annoying but they offered us more towels so we just used them to mop up the water.

We enjoyed the spacious room, the bathroom was also lovely and more than enough room to get ready for the day. The staff was very helpful and kind, will return to stay again for sure.

We so loved this adorable hotel. The perfect location and the staff was so nice. They helped us with finding the team, plus stored our bags twice. Our room was so spacious and clean. Stay here when you visit Firenze.

The room is spacious, and clean, there is an elevator and the security is good! The staff is very kind and gaves me introduction to firenze also a lot of discounts for restaurants and places. The cleaning staff also honest (They did not touch any of my belongings, just pure cleaning). The location is also very good, near the tourist spot and good restaurant, also good souvenir shop.

Hello, We stayed there for one night in July 2025. The quadruple room we had reserved was great at first — spacious, with excellent air conditioning, which was much needed given it was around 40°C outside! Unfortunately, after about 10 minutes, the electricity went out — no power at all. I went to the front desk, and they said they would call an electrician. We waited… and waited… but nothing happened. Eventually, they offered to split our family of four into two smaller rooms, which they seemed to think was a reasonable solution. We didn’t agree, so we ended up staying together in a smaller room that didn’t have enough beds. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well. After returning from our trip, I contacted them to request a refund, given that we didn’t get the room we booked and had a poor experience. They refused. Very disappointing customer service — and be warned: power outages can happen, and you might be left without support.

The location of this hotel is perfect for your stay in Florence. The check in process was easy and they had no issue holding our luggage until our room was ready. I wish I had caught her name, but the lady checking us in was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for lunch and dinner. We wish we had been able to stay longer but can’t wait to visit again someday.

Conveniently located, just 1 minute from Domo, with supermarkets nearby. The entrance is a little confusing with a small sign, but once inside you have to carry your luggage in a really small elevator and the reception is on the second floor. The room was clean and neat. The staff were friendly and it was a great stay.

We stayed here for a family trip and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing spots. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast included delicious croissants and cakes—we were glad we booked the plan with breakfast included. We also really appreciated that the hotel kindly held our suitcases for us after checkout. Thank you for the excellent service!
