The best hotel on our honeymoon!! First the place is gorgeous, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were also great.

The location is ideal. The restaurant is very nice and breakfast was superb. Their menu for lunch and dinner is rather diverse and fairly priced.

The staff was very nice and overly accommodating. They refreshed the room rather early while we were eating breakfast. Then later in the day stopped by to ask if we needed our mini bar re stocked.
Then another person came by a few hours later asking if we needed new towels.

I would definitely stay here again.

Good location and very cleaning hotel. The room we stayed is on 4th floor which is small. Good breakfast and hotel staffs are very friendly.

Very good location in front of the lake, nice view from our bedroom. Breakfast was very good, lots of selections. All staff are very helpful and friendly special mention to Ronald, Grace, Jade, Carl and other staff. You made our holiday memorable. A big thank you! 😍

The best location and transport links with 2 train stations nearby, can visit other parts of Italy and Switzerland. The ferry to go to the other islands around Lake Como is opposite the hotel. Breakfast was nice with some halal items but can be repetitive after a while. Staff at reception and breakfast were very welcoming when it came to asking questions. Rooms are very clean but slightly small.

Albergo Terminus is a beautiful and intimate hotel located in a historic palace by the shores of Lake Como. The interiors are absolutely stunning, offering a unique sense of stepping back in time. Everything in the hotel has been restored with incredible craftsmanship, creating an atmosphere of elegance and charm.

The parking situation was well-organized, which was a relief since we arrived in our rented car from Milan. The hotel provides a reserved underground parking area hidden beneath a large terrace in front of the building—extremely convenient and stress-free.

The location is idyllic, right on the lakefront and at the entrance to Como’s Old Town. The combination of scenic views and easy access to the historic center is hard to beat. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious, with a choice to dine on the covered veranda or the outdoor terrace. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with full table service and twice-daily housekeeping.

Although the rooms are small, around a dozen square meters, we never felt cramped. The attention to detail in the antique furniture and the overall cleanliness of the room made the space feel cozy and luxurious. However, my only critique would be the bathroom—it could use a more thorough renovation, as it didn’t match the high standard of the rest of the property.

The shared spaces, adorned with antique furnishings, were a real standout and added to the feeling of being transported to another era. It’s a perfect setting for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Overall, I highly recommend Albergo Terminus. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other way. It’s a charming gem on Lake Como that offers a truly memorable experience.

Clear, friendly team, great breakfast with amazing coffee house teams

Great location near many good restaurants and the ferry docks. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some sweets. The bathroom was huge compared to other bathrooms we experienced during our tour of Northern Italy. We would definitely stay there again.
