Very clean and very pretty interior in the lobby and the room. For the price, my friend and I were very surprised how nice the room was. It has a great location right next to the metro station, and the staff was very accommodating and nice!

Great location! The train station (underground) is right outside the hotel this made it so convenient to go in and out of the city. Rooms were very clean and well maintained.

The hotel entrance is from the parking place, ring to them they will open for you, then can go to the main building , I booked a triple room , the staff “Philip” help us to solved the booking problem , I am very appreciated. the room is not big , but not bad , the toilet is clean with bathtub, but they didn’t put safety mat for safety, the bathtub is very slippery when I step in, so I slipped in the bathtub and hit my right hips and back, luckily it’s not serious. They should really improve the safety in the toilet to prevent anyone get hurt! The breakfast is good, we like it , the location is a little far from the city center but it’s just in front of the final station of purple metro line, so it’s still convenient! It didn’t have good restaurants near by which I checked the Google maps cannot find anyone rating is above 4, strange!

Great hotel, nothing to complain. Great electric blinds, great bathtub and shower, comfortable, silent and the AC works great. It is close to the metro station, has a great breakfast, etc.

Couple funny things tho:
- there’s not plug by the bedside. That’s a terrible design (can’t charge phone or other devices). There is however a plug in the closet 😁
- no drawer on the bedside table - a little odd.
- some of the wallpaper is detaching and makes it look a little rundown - but only on a couple places (and only tried one room).

I most definitely recommend it.

On the plus side, the room was clean with vintage decoration, comfortable, and cleaned every day. Easy access to the metro right in front of the hotel. Economical compared to other hotels. On the contrary, there is no sound insulation, bad view, I could not see anything. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom. I was displeased by the fact that when I went to the reception on the first day and asked about breakfast, they told me that it is 26 € and they did not clarify that it is per day and left it vague that they mean every day. When it was time to pay he told me to pay and I see the amount of €40. I ask if the tax is €14 and €26 for breakfast and the answer was YES! Going back to Greece, I see that the €104 charge has been made. They explain to me that breakfast is €26 (per person) per day and not all days. I think that the way they operated was cunning because they could have told me at that moment the whole amount of the breakfast and not just the tax. In other words, instead of paying €40, I would have to pay €104. It's not so much the money but the way it worked.

Very convenient hotel right next to the metro! Stefano was very helpful with getting me acquainted to Milan as a first time traveler. Very accommodating!

Transportaion is very good!! There is a metro statuon next to the hotel and you can be in Milano centre in 20 minutes!

Clean room, comfortable bed, fast check in, friendly. We liked location and breakfast😊

The only thing we found ridicules that there were no AC and ventilation and when I asked they told me it’s not working at the moment and we can open window to cool the room down. Well, the noise from window and light make it hard but mosquitos make it impossible. I was told that they can’t help with it but when we returned same evening to hotel ventilation started working, it was still to warm but at least fresh air.

Stayed there with my family. I liked the hotel too much. It is not in the center but metro station is just in front of the hotel which makes moving easy.
Rooms are confortable and very clean, the kettle for coffee is just missing. Receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.
