J24 Hotelo

I booked two nights here, and I was so happy with my decision. Everyone here on staff was wonderful when I checked in they noticed my birthday was next week and they gave me an upgrade to a junior suite I ate in the restaurant the first night and hadthe Cutlet with a salad and it was very good. I would recommend staying here and I will stay here again if I return to Milano.

Really nice hotel, accommodating staff.
We were upgraded to a suite free of charge which was a bonus! Although the view from the room was just construction and bin bags it was still a VERY nice room🤣
Only faults is there’s not too much around the area so you have to travel a lot and the breakfast is not worth the money (this is an optional extra)
Overall a really good stay, would definitely stay again :)

Modern and comfortable.
The heating is excellent.

The area has a lot of good Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Filipino etc.) and Latin American restaurants so if (like me) you are not a fan of Italian food you will enjoy the culinary scene in the neighbourhood.

Stayed here on my own for a weekend trip and I’m very glad I did. Room was extremely clean and more than big enough for three or four people so plenty for myself, bed was super comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The staff are all very friendly and were always willing to help me out. Nearby there is a metro station and many shops, as well as a tram to the centre which makes getting around very simple. Couldn’t really ask for much more! Great value for money and would definitely recommend👍

We stayed 3 nights in J24 in a tour group, and we can confidently recommend this hotel.
The room was spotlessly clean on arrival and serviced each day.
The hotel is very newly refurbished in a pleasing industrial style decor, and our bed was extremely comfortable.
Reception staff were always polite and helpful and, thankfully, spoke very good English - seeing as we could not speak Italian.
There is a metro station five minutes walk away that takes 10 minutes to Statione Centrale, from where you can reach any destination you wish.
We found very good restaurants within walking distance from J24, too.

On check out day, they arranged a shuttle to the airport for us, and we were able to store our luggage at reception until it was time to go.

It would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in our room, but they serve a very good breakfast downstairs, and the bar makes good coffee, too.

A really nice hotel at a reasonable price in Milan. The location is excellent, with a large 24-hour Carrefour nearby and a Chinese barbecue restaurant that stays open until late at night. Both the tube and tram stations are within a five-minute walk, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly and welcoming, offering great service throughout the stay. The room comes equipped with air conditioning, which is a relief during the hot summer months. The only downside is that the area can feel a bit rough late at night—around 2 am, I noticed a few people loitering near the road, which made me slightly uneasy.

All the facilities and rooms are very well clean and comfortable, with great AC! They offer you very nice bath soaps, clean comfy towels and the lights are great.

They have very kind and helpful young staff and cleaners, who are available at any time you might need. We loved them all, always patient and in a good mood, everything went smooth with them! Thank you so so much!

I had picked the hotel because of the great location, and I was very satisfied. You have metro 3 minute walk away from the hotel, which will get you in the Historical Center or Duomo Plaza in 10 minutes. Lots of other transports such as buses or trams as well! And a few restaurants with cheaper menus than you would find downtown, taste approved.

There were also transports or pick-ups to airports available, but sadly we didn’t notice in advance so we can’t review. Just keep it in mind if you are interested.

When checking-out, we left our bags for most of the day at their free locker room.

Sorry we didn’t take any pictures, we got comfortable quickly, but it looks exactly like in the advertisement…

I visited this hotel for a girls trip. We booked it with almost 2 and a half months in advance and even if on Booking the direct payment was not required, we decided to pay in the moment of reservation and had no issue with our booking. The check in was at 2 p.m., the staff did not let us check in before but the good part is that they let us leave our luggage in a room at reception until we had to check in. Also during the checkout day, we were able to leave the luggage there until we had to leave for our flight.
The rooms are very spacious and clean, there are lot of lights and the AC is very welcome on hot summer days. I did not really understand the metalic furniture and the faience from the walls, but it is an interesting concept. The rooms have more of an industrial style.
The cleaning staff comes everyday, changes the towels and arranges the beds as well. There are lot of cosmetic samples in the bathroom and what I also liked is that the mirror in the bathroom has LED light which is perfect when wanting to do your makeup and not only. What I also liked in the room is that you have hangers, large mirrors and very wide beds.
The hotel also has an ironing room where you can iron your clothes (there are 3-4 ironing tables there), so you don't have to worry and carry a travel size iron with you. That room was absolutely not crowded so whenever I needed to use it, I could do it immediately.
The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The location is at 3-4 minutes away from the metro station and is 3 stations away from the train station and 7 stations away from the city centre. It is not one of the cheapest hotels we could find in Milan (we spent between 70-80 euros per night) but it was definitely worth it.
