Andreola Central Hotel

This hotel was fine. Just fine. The floor I was on was pretty quiet, and the hotel itself is close to the train and walking distance to many things. My colleague had a good experience with dinner at the restaurant.

Things that were not great- we booked the room for the night before we arrived so it would be available to us when we got there early morning. This was clearly not followed as when I arrived they were cleaning the room and had taken the curtains to wash. I put the do not disturb sign up and they later entered my room while I was out to put the curtains back without notifying me. The room was probably 75 degrees the whole time which meant you had to leave the windows open to cool down- fine but there are no screens. There was mold in the seals and door of the shower, and water stains on the ceiling which didn't give me a great feeling about the cleanliness of the room. The queen bed was 2 twins pushed together so you could feel the edges when you rolled over- not super comfortable.

Decent location but staff were not very friendly or helpful and seemed slightly judgmental when asking questions in English. They're restaurant had good food however there was surcharges we were not told about and that staff were later on hesitant to answer about. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very disappointing stay.
€500 + for the first 2 nights, and the room we were offered had peeling water stained wallpaper, and a windeow that couldn't be seen out of.
When we complained we moved into a much smaller room that was pleasant enough.
The next day clothing items left on the bed were taken and misplaced. Ever since its been one excuse after another with no resolution.
Very limited facilities and poor workmanship in the rooms
Does not meet expectations for the rating they claim.
