Courtyard by Marriott Rome Central Park

After a five hour train ride, the last thing I wanted to do was check into the hotel… But Mateo greeted us with the warm, sweet welcome, and made us turn our frown upside down quite literally… his pleasant demeanor and professionalism was not unnoticed… He checked us in smoothly & gave us all of the information that we needed and made sure that we had everything set up before we left the desk. Beautiful location and super clean hotel with friendly staff.

I booked the 2 bedroom with sofa bed. It was perfect for the family. The service is wonderful as expected from the Marriott group. The staff and especially the front desk are wonderful.
It is in a residential area, so nothing much to do if you like to walk around. But the nearby park is great. The train station is nearby. Not too far from Vatican city, but it is farther to Central Rome.

Very Beautiful Hotel! Stayed Here about 3 nights and very efficient with the train station below! Free cold water and a Good Food Selection for the Restaurant. I even got to see the Vatican from room 422 on the Balcony! It Comes with Free Wifi and a Shower Per room!

The service and staff at this hotel are beyond impeccable!! Chiara first assisted our group. She is extremely friendly and helpful, but every staff member from Lili and Flavio to another gentleman, I can't remember his name :( went above and beyond to assist us with booking tours, giving distances to the best places to eat, to even helping with how long it takes to Uber to a location in traffic conditions. The bellpersons were also extremely helpful. Tipping is not required, but we wanted to show our appreciation to how well we were welcomed and greeted for our stay. The hotel itself was much nicer than expected, though the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The pictures don't do it justice. Our room had 2 double beds and we had a decent view of one of the buildings in the city. There is a mini fridge with 2 complimentary regular-sized waters a day... one is sparkling. But it is a really small fridge... not enough room for many leftovers if you have them. There is a microwave in the lobby. There is only one American charging port in the bathroom, so make sure to have adapters. Getting to the main attractions can easily be done via metro which is within a 5-min walk. The hotel is not super close to these, but not terribly far away either. But plan for delays in morning and afternoon rush hour traffic. This is a great hotel to stay in. We love all the staff!!

Staff was very friendly, warm and helpful. Hotel is in need of a remodel but it clean and comfortable.
Within walking distance to the metro. Approximately 30 minutes from airport.

Stayed here for 7 nights while I visited from Canada. No complaints from me. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Restaurant downstairs is very good! Some people complain about the location being far from downtown Rome but I quite like the tranquility. Gemelli train station is a 5 minute walk away and you can train into the city for €1. Overall I was very happy and will more thank likely stay here if I ever return to Rome

Great location and great staff. Overall stay was excellent. Great value and easy to get into the city center via taxi, ride share or metro.
