Great few days at the Colonna Palace Hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Lovely room. Fantastic rooftop balcony with great views. Great central location, close to many attractions. Great overall experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean but just okay. It had a very small bed and hard pillow. There was no elevator stop on the area of the hotel, so meant having to lug 2 suitcases and a backpack up 4 steps. For the money I expected more. The highlight of the room was the balcony overlooking a narrow Street below, but this didn't make up for the Dismal room and having to carry up my luggage

We were very disappointed by our stay in this hotel. The room did not meet our expectations - we had a two room suite and the rooms were joined by two open archways - no doors. The carpeting was worn and dirty in places. The suite had a single window so the interior room was dark and unappealing. When we went to sit on the roof top terrace we found that there was 3 inches of standing water in front of the door that blocked access.
It is well placed, just a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. And its not too difficult to get a cab to other locations in Rome (cabs can be very difficult to get anywhere in the center of the city). The staff was also friendly and reasonably helpful, but they did not have enough staff at times.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was immaculate. The hotel in a fantastic position to walk everywhere. Staff were friendly, especially the dinner recommendations! Highly recommend.

I recently spent 2 nights here at Colonna Palace in Rome which was well located. I did request an upgrade to my room which was granted for a fee with little fuss. The reception staff, porters and barman were friendly and helpful. The only area for future improvement would be the breakfast offerings which were very disappointing .

Had a fabulous stay at the Colonna Palace Hotel. We felt very safe given its location. Just minutes away from the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon Square which has a lovely vibe in the evenings. The room was very spacious for three of us and nice that we had a small hallway with a wardrobe with the bedroom off one way and the bathroom off another. Gave a nice bit of privacy. Check in was very quick and we were very pleased that our rooms were ready early and we were able to leave our bags in the room. The roof garden is amazing - lovely to sit and have breakfast or a drink in the evening. Georgia is amazing and a credit to the hotel. She is so friendly and remembered our orders from the night before. We will definitely be back.

+ Halfway between Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Made is super easy to walk anywhere. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was excellent and made for a spectacular view. The location was perfect the breakfast amazing but the rooms were old for a four stars hôtel the rooms were not good at all
