I really like the hotel, its so comfy however in the description it says Luggage storage, we are expecting to leave our suitcases since we have the plane in the afternoon. You should put that the Luggage storage comes with charges. You need to book from an app to  leave your suitcases.

One or my favourite hostels ever and I’ve stayed in many over the years! Spotless rooms and facilities, so practical, amazing vibes, super professional and cool staff, everything is well thought through it makes your stay a lot more enjoyable and less stressful. So many freebies! So many activities, free pasta and food. Did I mention their central location? It’s literally half a minute away from Piazza principe (central train station) and walking distance from all the attractions. When in Genova; Ostellobello is definitely the way to go

Location is great just 2min walk from the train station. Staff are all friendly and helpful. They have so many activities going on every day. And you use GOKI the app to open the door, kitchen, elevator, which is so smart.

I recommend using ears plugs and eye mask during sleep which you can also get from the reception.

The hotel's location is very good, and breakfast is excellent, they even provide us the take away breakfast

I stayed in the hostel for four nights, but they also have private rooms available. I really liked the electronic security system – access to all areas is only possible via the app or a code. In the evening, they offer various programs, so there’s no need to look for entertainment elsewhere. It was also a nice touch to receive a welcome drink upon check-in.

The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk from Principe train station and 10 minutes from the FlixBus stop.

I highly recommend this place for solo travelers – you definitely won’t feel lonely!

This place was amazing in everything, best location nicest staff, free fresh fruits and veggies. I only wish they consider changing the mattresses. But I am going back to other locations for sure 🩵💜💙
