I don't know if it's a bad location or that the city is kind of ugly. Although the hotel is located at a super-strategic train and bus stop, the city has a lot to talk about. They were very attentive with the cleanliness of the room, which surprised me. They serviced my room without me asking, so don't leave anything of value inside. I didn't lose anything, but it's still better to be cautious.

Arrived to the location from train station. Needed to visit the cruise terminal and the hotel was a perfect distance from train station and cruise terminal to be able to walk to either. The location seemed alot nicer in the pictures.

The location of the hotel is OK, near the train station, and it was easy to find with navigation. It seems to have just been renovated, and the room has a decorative feel. The hotel is compact overall, and the elevator is small, which can only accommodate two people with luggage. The bathroom is small and not very convenient to use, but fortunately the shower water is very strong. The front desk staff is warm and friendly.

The early morning staff (gentleman) was a bit short and not nice. I am guessing because we arrived at 4:30 am due to flight delays. After standing outside ringing a door bell for maybe 20 minutes. He asked "why didn't you use the bell" I guess that question was because I knocked on a back door or window and it woke him up. The elevator can only hold two people and two small suitcase. I could image during the day, it won't be available. Luckly it is only 6 floors. This place will not work for disabled or handicap people at all. The room was clean but both beds had stained on dust cover or comforter. The window was left open (without a screen) and there were a collection of flying bugs (moths and mosquitoes) The shower was a closet 38 inch (96cm) cube. I am 6'2 (187cm) and 260 (118km). So I could not bent over or raise my arms in the shower closet. The water came out of the shower head has a very light mist. The best part was it is a short walk to the cruise ship docks and the normal front desk receptionist (women) was lovely and nice.

the hotel was perfect, the room was very clean and very nice.
The only problem was maybe the elevator that with the suitcases is a bit uncomfortable because it was small, but for the rest everything was perfect.

Location is good, near Coach and Train terminal. Although facilities are basic, it is good enough for the short stay and represent good value for money

It takes 5 minutes to transfer to the center circle of the pier, subway and train station. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. Along the seaside line, you can reach the Maritime Museum and Diving Aquarium. During the period, you can enter the retired submarine, making it suitable for family travel.
