POSITIVE POINTS
✔️Giovanna welcome us and is very friendly
✔️ The room is clean
✔️ The location is good out side of Taormina/ around 5 km far and easy to park the car in front of the property.

NEGATIVE POINTS
✔️ What really bothered us is that it is an apartment with 3 bedrooms and the bedroom doors are directly to a kitchen/ breakfast room in the middle of the Apartment where at 8:00 in the morning Geovana serves the breakfast to the guests and makes a lot of noise, chatting loudly, talking on the cell phone and disturb all the guests who would like to sleep and rest a little later.
So if you like to sleep a little later like us, unfortunately this is not the place for you.

✔️ The bed is not firm, not very comfortable and makes a lot of noise when you sleeping and moving

Perfect location, great beach. A little old, but spacious rooms with balconies. Breakfast is great! There is an outside parking at a charge, walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant hugest busy at evenings and the food is not as great as in the town nearby.

Very good hotel, great sea view, large hotel, rich breakfast. Convenient transportation, airport bus goes directly to the hotel, a few minutes walk to the hotel. It's about 20-30 minutes walk from the food street and bar street, a good place to be quiet in the hustle and bustle. The bus fare to Taormina is 2 euros, or you can choose the sightseeing bus for 16 euros per person/24 hours, which will go to nearby attractions. Highly recommended to everyone

Thank you very much for your hospitable nature Giovanna!! We felt very comfortable, which we didn't necessarily expect when we first saw the area.
Giovanna gives lots of tips and tries very hard!
The room was very clean & cozy :)
The only criticism is the bed, which is loud every time you move. Otherwise everything was great!!

Hotel staffs are very friendly and is a clean hotel. Amenities and furnishing are a little dated but location is near to a few restaurants, mart and bus stop. Right by the sea, so the view is really great.

La struttura, recentemente ristrutturata, è ubicata appena fuori dal centro, peraltro raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata ed a nostro parere questo è un pregio perché la zona è tranquilla e di facile parcheggio. La camera situata a primo piano, era dotata di bagno privato molto funzionale con doccia ampia molto comoda. Il bagno non è grandissimo, quindi non c'è bidet, sostituito però da una pratica doccetta abbinata al water. Le stanze sono arredate con gusto e c'è tutto il necessario, abbiamo trovato il.letto molto comodo e dotato di doppi cuscinj, lenzuola fresche di bucato e pulizia impeccabile di tutti gli ambienti. Degna di nota la colazione servita dalla gentilissima Giovanna con cornetti do pasticceria e una fantastica torta fatta in casa con crema di mandarino di cui ci siamo serviti una doppia porzione leccandoci i baffi! Ringraziamo Giovanna per l'accoglienza gioviale, la simpatia e la disponibilità.

Apart from the slightly old rooms (the 80's carpet in a seaside hotel, the bathrooms with decidedly worn taps) and a very slow check-in and check-out service (due to the reported fault of the computer systems, but I don't know whether it is the norm or not), the hotel fully deserves the 4 stars: modern and large hall, swimming pool, sufficiently spacious private beach, extremely well-stocked breakfast, even for celiacs.
