Cozy hotel located near the famous thermal Park Giardini Poseidon. It is the flagship of the island, equipped with 21 thermal pools with different thermal water suitable for treatment of rheumatic diseases, arthritis and osteoarthritis, back pain, sciatica, post-traumatic disorders and diseases of the respiratory system, as well as just health-building procedures.

A hidden gem in Ischia! Beautiful place with carefully selected decorations, sculptures and flowers around the clean thermal pools. The rooms are nice and quiet and the location of the hotel is close to the wonderful beach and several great restaurants. The friendly and sweet staff makes staying at Semiramis one of the best choices you can make.

A true scam. For two people they made us paying 220€ per night with breakfast in October informing us only at the checkout. All this for a normal room where floor has never been cleaned during the entire week, old dirty towels, a dirtiness and low quality all around the room. We found cockroaches in the room and nothing was done. The area is also full of mosquitoes.
Once I left few grapefruit grains at breakfast and they didn’t allow me to take them with me. Another time they complained for having asked for a glass of water to be on my water bottle saying that the water is for there only.
Externals are allowed to daily enter park and swimming pools making the atmosphere really crowded and noisy.
Pictures speak for themselves.
Never never never again.

We stayed here for 3 nights/4 days and had a lovely experience. The hotel itself was charming, not “fancy” but felt and looked authentic. Four thermal pools were well maintained and clean with many lounge chairs available poolside. The landscaping was beautiful and well groomed. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast had a nice variety of meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, many sweets, eggs and juices. The only drawback is the number of stairs needed to climb to navigate the property. It would be difficult for a person with limited mobility to get around (not impossible, but difficult).

Loved everything about this place! The staff are friendly and helpful, the pools are clean and inviting, the grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical flowers and well maintained, and the buffet breakfast was amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable, with an ocean view, and they accommodated a last minute change when one of our party couldn't make it. And to top it all off, it's just a 3 minute walk to the beach!

Pools are small but nice, even if in need of maintenance, and panoramic.
Staff was courteous, but did not follow up when we asked to check the wifi which wasn't working in one of the rooms.
Good if you just go for the pools, or find a cheap deal, but definitely not worth spending hundreds a day for.
Access to the beach is not included and children cannot use 3 out of 4 pools.

was really a double with an additional folding bed; and a double, which had no window and no working wifi. The shower had rusty plastic curtains, a fan so loud you could not keep it on. Both rooms had flickering lights. They offer no conditioner or bath products other than a body wash. Toilets in the pool area are prefab and stocked with discount grade soap.

Cosy rooms, helpful personal, very good location (short walking distance from the beach, bus stop, minimarket, Poseidon thermal aquapark and restaurants) and lovely hotel area with thermal pool. Perfect place for relaxation.

We have traveled to Italy many times and always enjoy our time there, from the North to South and many places in between. We had never visited Ischia; many Americans are not familiar with this island in the Bay of Naples. So we did our research and came across Semiramis Hotel de Charme. My wife and I spent 12 glorious days there in August 2019. We took the superior sea view room on the top floor and the view of the bay and surroundings were picture perfect. The service and hospitality was excellent, from Luisa and Mareka at the front desk, to Ilaria at breakfast and lunch, and Teresa, our housekeeper. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, with interesting plants and fruit trees, and different pools that offer different settings. A short walk to the beach on Citara Bay, many wonderful restaurants close by, and easy transportation by bus or taxi make Semiramis a great location. Great value for the money, we plan on visiting again and highly recommend it!

This place was like an oasis following a week in Naples! A venue designed for relaxation which doesn't disappoint. The hotel offers a tranquil environment and the relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very professional and helpful. The local restaurants are also very good. But ..... don't expect fast wifi, nothings operates at pace here!

The hotel Semiramis was a great find. It is clean and comfortable and safe. The grounds with 4 swimming pools are meticulously maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to cafes, the beach and Posideon Thermal bath. I would highly recommend this hotel.
