Honestly the best hotel i've ever been to.

Hi, I'll start by first thanking the people who work at the hotel, the cleaning lady, the kitchen staff in particular Antonio, the staff at the reception and everyone else at the bar. The service was excellent, from when we arrived to when we left. Arriving with two cats, we had a good time, our room was cleaned immediately to allow us to leave the cats free in the room, any request in the kitchen was immediately satisfied. The hotel is very close to bus stops both in the direction of Forio and in the opposite direction towards Sant'Angelo. Walk a few steps to Citara beach.....In short, we had a great time and would happily return. Thanks everyone see you soon

Hotel with a pleasantly familiar atmosphere, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent location close to Citara beach and the Poseidon spa.
The garden and the spa area with an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool are delightful. Unfortunately we did not use the services of the wellness centre.
The hotel has a more vintage part and a newer area with rooms overlooking the garden.
We will definitely be back.

A very good hotel with quality catering. The staff is very friendly, the only downside is the insulation of the rooms. The hot water swimming pools are also a real plus

The hotel staff here are the friendliest most helpful lovely people. They always went above and beyond to answer every question I had. The hotel is perfectly located with a beach just 15 mins away by foot, bus stops meters away, 20 mins to walk into Forio. The spa was great too. Room has everything you need, bed was comfy, and AC worked great. I hope to stay there again someday.

Wonderful holiday, excellent food, very attentive and professional staff, as well as cheerful and friendly. Location with lots of greenery. Relaxing in the thermal water is also very welcome, both in the garden swimming pool and in the indoor one with hydromassage.

I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. All the staff were helpful, courteous and welcoming. Very clean room with all the comforts overlooking the green space of the well-kept hotel, with many plants and fruit trees.
I chose a half board package: lots of variety in the morning at breakfast with lots of desserts prepared by them and fresh fruit; at dinner the dishes were more than good and every evening a different menu! It was nice to enjoy the thermal pools. Excellent location for getting around and visiting the whole island with the bus stop in front of the hotel.

This is hands down the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel. The staff here are so kind and go above and beyond. Our first room was really hot, so we were immediately given 4 other rooms in the shade to choose from by the nice lady at reception. Also, I got a viral infection that was going around the island while I was staying here and was waking up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain. The night shift staff, Franco, personally drove me to the hospital and the doctor when I asked if there were any taxis I could take. In the daytime there was a doctor living downstairs that personally attended to me 3 times for no charge. Over the next week of me being sick, all of the staff were asking me if I felt better and helping us find pharmacies that were open on Sundays, etc. The rooms themselves were very cozy and ours had a beautiful private balcony!

We were very satisfied. Everything was neat and clean. Very friendly staff. The location is good, albeit on the road. But there is a lot of traffic all over the island. We had booked only with breakfast. That was very good and rich. The complex has a great garden and lots of green.

Excellent for those who want to spend days in total relaxation. A family atmosphere and very friendly staff. The cuisine is excellent, wholesome meals, abundant breakfast, perfect for lovers of good food. Well connected to the main attractions of Ischia, very close to Citara beach, one of the most beautiful in Ischia. I advise.
