Hotel Terme Tritone Resort & Spa

This property is beautiful. Nothing but good things to say about the pool, beach, and thermal spas, as well as the deep tissue massage offered. We had a beach front room and watched the sunset every night and it was a dream. Unfortunately the way we were treated at check out left a bad taste in our mouths. We stayed for 5 nights, and on our 2nd night we asked if they had laundry services on site, they gave us a bag and said to drop it off in the morning and it will be ready in 2 days. The laundry took 2 days and almost a third day as we got it back late the second day (and we had to pack that night), they said no mention of the extra $35 euro fee (for around 4 tee shirts, 1 pants, 1 shorts, and some underwear and socks) and than when we received our clothes back my shorts were an entire different color, we both hate complaining and dreaded doing so and when we went to inform them of what happened, they asked to see the shorts to take a picture, so I went through my packed bag to show them, they looked at my shorts and simply said that is impossible they don't wash the clothes that warm, they proceeded to not take a picture and changed our bill for $35 to $30, mind you my shorts cost about $80 USD, this made us feel like they were treating us as we were making it up even though I offered to show them a picture of what the shorts looked like 5 days prior from a picture from earlier of our trip. Also worth mentioning, the included breakfast includes yummy pastries but the eggs were watery and not palatable, as well as they made us sit outside for breakfast on our last day even though no one else was eating outside and it was cold, with no explanation.
