The room is ok!

Although we've only been 10 minutes in this hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. The location would be awesome for visiting the city. However, the rooms and the interior of the building are terrible. It is not clean and it wasn't renovated or worked on since the 80ties.

The room is outdated, the refrigerator does not work, the furniture is unnecessary, the window does not close well. But it is clean, spacious and in the city center.

Location is good. Safe and comfortable with a supermarket on a next street and shopping area around.
Overall its an old hotel that needs renovation

Very kind staff, location ok. For the rest: not worth it. As Italian, it’s sad to see places like that: no investments, no renovations, nothing. Not even fixing or cleaning the forniture. It’s not worth it, sorry.

Great experience, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel definitely needs updating and general maintenance but despite this it remains a good alternative to visit the center of Palermo.
