Hotel Europa

Although we've only been 10 minutes in this hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. The location would be awesome for visiting the city. However, the rooms and the interior of the building are terrible. It is not clean and it wasn't renovated or worked on since the 80ties.

Very kind staff, location ok. For the rest: not worth it. As Italian, it’s sad to see places like that: no investments, no renovations, nothing. Not even fixing or cleaning the forniture. It’s not worth it, sorry.

Horrible, old, dirty rooms. Luckily I liked the city, so I had an excuse to stay outside as much as possible.
The rooms were old, very dirty, some bedsheets were stained, many appliances in my and nearby rooms didn’t work, for example a curtain came off and a lamp was broken in the room next to mine.
My toilet had a leak that spilled a drop of water on the floor every 10-20 seconds, and the hairdryer was like having someone exhale on you.
Walls were as thin as a piece of paper, you could hear every word from two rooms over.

This hotel would be nice if management/ownership cared. There are holes in the wall of my room that have never been repaired. They just covered it with some extra wall paper thinking you won't see it. They are too cheap to replace the 'do not disturb' signs that you hang on the door, so you get to have the cleaning service knock on your door over and over again when you just want to be left alone. The mattresses are old and sag. The walls are so thin that you get to enjoy hearing every conversation that your neighbors have, including the ones at 1 am in the morning. The included breakfast is just a bunch of flavored croissants or cereal. Some bugs bite me every night in bed. I don't know if they are bed bugs or not because I could never see them, I only felt them. I would not recommend this hotel unless every other hotel is booked and you have no other options. The location is good. If I could give zero stars I would. I shouldn't have to give my hard earned money to anyone who cares so little about the service that they provide.

Pillows and beding sheet very dirty,stains on a carpet/smelly carpet,dust all over the place,had to clean the surface by myself, when went to complain about pillow they said we don't clean/wash pillow or etc....
