Lovely hotel, good location, gorgeous room, slight problem with a leaking shower though! Apart from that, very happy indeed!

Very welcoming, speak ENG, breakfast varied, room small but clean and pleasant. Ideally located at the feet of the sites of tourist interest. For those who have rented a car, the hotel offers a parking service at attractive rates, and they are in charge of the park and you there back to the requested time.

The location is poor despite being close to the city center, on a dangerous and littered street.
The service is absolutely awful. After a night out we arrived at the hotel at 2am, the receptionist was lying on the sofa, asleep. We rang the bell several times before he woke up. When he finally woke up after several minutes outside, he opened the doors saying we should ring the bell. We replied that we did it but that he didn't hear because he was sleeping. He denied it, saying he was awake.
During the early morning at around 7am someone came into our room while we were sleeping. It was the hotel maid who was about to clean the room while we were there. She immediately left when she saw us. Unfortunately she decided to clean the room next to ours, making loud noises and slamming doors and windows, which prevented us from sleeping. What's worse is that at some point she started arguing with his colleagues, screaming with no concern for the guest. I had to go out and ask them to stop, but they kept talking and making noise.
The hotel experience was really disappointing due to the inadequate service and rudeness of the staff.
In the end we were unable to sleep, nor did we have breakfast as we decided to leave the hotel right away.
I wouldn’t recommended to anyone.

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever seen. Poor service, unpleasant personnel and ugly location. Found the windshield of my car cracked in the morning before leaving.

The hotel is nice, in a classic style, it could stand a bit of modernizing, and it is not as noisy as some report, even when this is variable depending on the day and season. Fast wi-fi. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is complete. Reading other reviews one has to wonder what some people expect from a 4-star. Breakfast is very abundant, there is no in-house gym. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is the only negative: the neighborhood is dark, dirty -it’s Palermo- and generally not the best: some local folk you may encounter on your way back at night can make one nervous. Walking to the center takes 20 minutes, so it is convenient while not ideal.

Just fine. The rooms were really cute. Our only complaint was that the location was very noisy at all hours and the air conditioning seemed to only have two settings: freezing or off. We recommend this hotel, just bring ear plugs :-)
