Having read all those negative reviews about the hotel I was pleasantly surprised to have such a lovely stay for 3 nights here. We had a room with a view, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, there was no kettle nor iron in the room that is definitely not up to 4 stars standard. The bathroom looked a bit tired that required upgrading or at least better maintenance. However, everything was in good working order. No problem with the air conditioner whatsoever, no mosquitos. The view from the window was stunning overlooking the city surrounded by mountains. We took lots of panoramic shots from the roof top terrace. Breathtaking view! Breakfast was delicious; scrambled eggs, ham, sausages cheese along with Sicilian specially: pastries and cakes, and espresso coffee indeed. Service was sufficient and friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and unobtrusive.
The location wasn't central, but straight forward and easily reachable in 30 min by foot using the main road alongside the port or by bus N 107 to or from the central station. The only problem was the dirty area around with stinky bins full of rubbish, unfortunately.
But again the view of the Mount Pellegrino and the monastery on the top of it was amazing!
Overall, everything was good for the price paid.

Impolite, rude staffs. Lack of everyday supplies in bathroom, such as toilet paper, tissue paper, etc.

We are here with a large group from trafalgar tours and everyone is having issues with the air conditioning. When we dropped off the bags they didn’t lock our bags away . The door was left open which is a security concern . The rooms are dated and there is not enough room for two luggages .

The room was tidy and clean but the shower pressure was too low and the Wifi kept coming and going so I had to give up and use my own. I signaled it to the receptionist but nothing happened. Other than that, the staff were professional.

The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights.
However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. If we needed hot water, we could only get it from the bar which closed at 22:30, meaning that if we got back to the hotel later than 22:30, there’d be no hot water for the whole night. For those who might want cup noodles for supper, you better do it before 22:30 :)
For the location, it was quite far away from the city centre, there was bus stop right next to hotel, but the bus never came… we had waited for at least 30 minutes but still couldn’t see our bus coming. The faster way is to ride scooters. If you’re heading to pier / airport / train station carrying large luggage, you better ask the staffs to call taxi for you, which cost about €15 from hotel to Palermo Centrale station.

Everything you’ve read is true. Don’t be fooled by the rooftop jacuzzi photos. It’s long gone and feels like false advertising. The view from rooftop was great !
Just came back from 5 nights. Unfortunately we didn’t book ourselves this place. The only good thing was the staff. People were much kinder than the usual in Palermo.
Besides that, the place is a mess. Bad neighborhood, garbage right outside the hotel gate, outdated rooms, and the worst coffee I’ve ever had. The included breakfast was horrendous unless you’re into cake and cookies first thing in the morning.
If you’re on a tight budget, it might do. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.

Quite far from the centre walking and you go through a lot of residential neighbourhoods to get there which was fine for us but maybe others would not like. We also had issues at night with someone trying to open the door (more than once during the night) but because there’s no peep hole we couldn’t see who was there and didn’t want to open the door. Staff were nice in the hotel and very helpful. Some nice restaurants and cafes near by

Nice hotel in Palmero, close to the 107 bus stop that takes you into the center (trip takes about 30 minutes)
The hotel was big and the room was clean with fresh bedding and towels.
I arrived with a broken lock on my bag and the hotel staff helped me fix it! They were really helpful and friendly .

Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a room facing the corridor, after a complaint we were given another. The room is minimally equipped, two people get one chair and one glass. A kettle was not provided upon request.
At breakfast, the cakes are fresh and delicious. Italian coffee and cappuccino are also available upon request. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly and helpful.
