Great budget hotel! It’s about a 15 minute bus ride into Venice. The room had air conditioning, which was heavenly. It is also about a 5 minute walk from a big grocery store. Very clean rooms. There is also a room with a microwave, some cutlery and a fridge (there is no sink there though so you have to go back to your room to wash your dishes).

Should be more than one star! Upsides: good location, close to transport to Venice, nice staff, clean rooms, close to shops, felt safe, air conditioning Downsides: no cooking facilities, more of a place to stay the night than to stay all day Overall, does the job, would defo recommend for smaller groups of people (eg.not families) who want cheap and safe accommodation.

Stayed in hotel Vienna for 3 nights. The value of what you get for the money is very good. My room was clean with airconditioning, also I received a bottle of water and fresh towels everyday. We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The Chinese lady and her colleague were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, had a big closet and even 2 water bottles. Good price for a hotel pretty close to Venice. The train station was a 7 min walk and took you into Venice for total of around 25 minutes. It’s clean and staff spoke English. The hotel has welcoming staff, breakfast has no sausage or Bacon or eggs made to order. AC unit are not operating unless asked for but limited hours. Hotel is well maintained.

We vacationed in April. We were in Venice for three days. The old town is 15 minutes away by bus number 6. The hotel is worth the money. There is everything you need. Very clean. Tasty breakfast. High level service. Room cleaning every day. But unfortunately in April the air conditioning in the room did not work.

Hotel is near to Bus Stop and you can get No. 2 Bus directly to Island. Room was nice and linens were clean. The heating was not operational in our room and there was issues with lightning. Lightning was resolved the other day but heating couldn't. TV also has not any reception. Bathroom was okay. Overall its a liveable place.

This is a cosey place and very clean, but not much to it. It is in a decent location, right beside the number 2 bus route to Venice (so easy to use) and is a short walk to the centre of Mestre. The staff will completely go out of their way to help you, very knowledgable and willing to help. Breakfast is sound, good to fill the tummy for energy to start the day.

A small place with limited parking space. Right across the bus stop to Venice and takes only 10 mins. They have bus ticket. Not very quite during night, you can hear the cars passing on the road. Decent breakfast. Nice people.

Location is very good. It's near the station but also quite with surrounding. The thing they provide is valuable for the price. Room is comfortable with the windows and air conditioning. They have a dryer on the wall of toilet. They even added water in the fridge on the second day we staying. The staffs are all kind. And the check-in and check-out is smooth. Good choice for a trip.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the countryside of Venice. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a selection of pillows to choose from. The restaurant is very good, you can find relatively straightforward courses that are very well prepared. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Ok hotel, close to train station to get to Venice Ok hotell for a night or two. Best was that it was close to the the tram station to get to Venice, only 5 min walk.

The experience was a 3. Although all the staff were wonderful, it is not a 2 star hotel, it is a hostel although the rooms have private bathrooms. The best thing is how well connected it is. In front you have a bus stop and behind the tram to Venice. Maximum a couple of nights.

Hotel located in a great position (just three tram stops from Venice), simple and above all clean. Possibility of having breakfast with a 6€ supplement. Mr. Stefan very kind and friendly.

Room was small but clean no teas or coffee ın room just bed and towels very basic but clean . Clean bath towels and changing beds every day . Breakfast very basic . Location is good buses and trams front of the hotel , buses from ,to airport infront of the hotel . Price is good too you get what you pay for. I was happy with it cheap and cheerfull . I recomend to ones that they just want clean hotel...

Great for a stop over night if staying but no longer I’d say. Didn’t get to try the restaurant which looked busy so could be calling a 3 too early. Air con in room was a small unit. Towels smelled like vinegar & the bathroom shower felt a bit off.

Not bad hotel to stay for a night if you are on a roadtrip but not any longer, the breakfast was very lacking and not good. The staff was nice tho. The door of the bathroom was so bad.

My pillow was actually just a towel, the bathroom looks haunted, the breakfast was disappointing (but sufficient). AC is present but barely powerful enough at 34 degrees outside. The english speaking staff was very friendly and helped us with tickets and facemasks for the bus to Venice. Our stay was very affordable so if you want to visit Venice on a budget, this hotel is a recommend

Cheap, cheerful and in good distance to Venice. Staff were lovely and helpful even when you don’t speak Italian; free parking off street is a bonus. Only drawback is how dated the decor is, but overall a good experience.

Room was alright and air conditioned. No elevator made it a bit annoying to go all the way to the top floor though. Breakfast was available at a decent time and the adjacent restaurant was well priced and great.

Looks bit far, but is next to train station and local bus that easly gets you in Venezia centre in 20 minutes. Free parking, modern rooms, big bed and full breakfast. The receptionist at night was very polite, helpful and he even prepared breakfast for us to take away, before restaurant was open. 100% recommended.

Good hotel. Room was tidy and spacious. Included breakfast was OK, but a little bit on the meagre side. Reason for a 3 star instead of 4 star rating is that I was promised that I could keep my racing bicycle inside, but on arrival this was not the case.

We did not stay at the hotel, but got lost and asked the receptionist for directions on a cold December night. She was very helpful and even offered transportation to our hotel. Great hospitality, even for non-guests! :)

I would recommend this hotel if you did not want to stay in the city of Venice and just wanted to commute both ways the bus system runs right by the hotel. You.are were about six minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle service. There was a great little restaurant about a block away that we visited twice while we were there

We were there in end of June 2024 with family. Its only 25 euros cab ride away from VCE and both train stations. This makes things easy when you are traveling with family and luggage. A fraction of the price we would pay to stay in Venice. They arranged a cot for my 2 year old for no extra cost too. It's very easy to get in to Venice with a bus stop a couple minutes walk away and the train station about 15 minutes. If your idea is to do tourism and sleep for a cheap price, this is your place! During my stay the room was clean and the bathroom accessible, although the shower head was quite broken. The room I stayed in has a large balcony.

We stayed 3 nights for only 1 day there was Wifi. The owner took us to another location, the room was on the 3rd floor, it was April and there is nothing like freezing for 3 nights in sunny Italy =)

I will say this. Perhaps this is not the best place. And at the very entrance, you can definitely get scared, but if you plan a trip at the lowest cost and your goal is not to sleep but sightseeing, you can take advantage of it. I would like to add that it is worth just dropping and leaving your standard of living behind your head

The rooms are normal for this level of hotel. The price is probably the lowest in this region. The location is good, there is parking for visitors. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor.

Only offer Chinese hot-pot dine-in meals. But restaurant owner still obliged to cook fried rice and noodles for takeaway.

Just wow. Getting fed up of pasta n pizza we found this gem .excellent customer service. Lady knew very little English so called some one to translate. Didn't get frustrated with all our questions. And the food was unbelievable. Portion n taste just amazing. And also cheap. Only wish I found it yesterday or stayed around longer to try some more stuff. Will miss this for a while.

It's not luxury, but very clean. The staff and the owner are adorable and very attentive. I highly recommend it . They also have a Chinese specialty restaurant. The manager speaks French.
