Good service and cleanliness. Simple and cheap. Great as a stopover for a night or two.
Too old, the bathrooms need to be renovated with up-to-date systems and bed bases and mattresses need to be changed
The hotel is located in a quiet area. For those who have a car - a great location: free parking and good transport (public transport) accessibility to Venice. The hotel (both in terms of room equipment and service approach) is from the recent past, namely old equipment, but everything works, a creaky mattress, but quite comfortable. Spanish plumbing, but old. Clean linen. When checking in, they give...
Very welcoming, very kind, I had a great time, very quiet, relaxing place
Cheap and cheerful hotel in Mestre, 30 min walk to venezia mestre station but with bus stop right outside easy to get to venice for the day.
basic room but clean and tidy, staff are friendly.
The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was great for the very economical price.

Basic service, the room was clean.
I was there 5 years ago and was great . Good location and parking place , but very dissapointed this time. The room looks very old, damaged and was not clean.
Location was great, near bus stop to Venice.
Good location, near the airport. Great service and check in past midnight was not an issue. Has a private parking lot. Clean room.
Very close to the airport and Susanna was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful when we checked in and got us everything we needed!
The property was soo lovely and perfect for someone travelling in and out of Venice. The bus stop is like a 2 min walk too. The staff were lovely and the air con was lovely after a hot day. Would 10/10 recommend.

Liked. Nice hotel, clean, spacious room, if a little bear on the walls, nice size bathroom and good shower. Pleasant touch having the tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was general but good, we also ate supper there twice and the food was very acceptable. A big advantage is the proximity, just a few minutes walk from two bus stops and Mestre station...
Good hotel
Verry good hotel. Close to bustransfer of venice
My mother, children, and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Autoespresso Venice. Despite the hotel's location next to a main road, our rooms on the parking lot side were perfectly quiet – we didn't hear a thing, allowing us to sleep incredibly well. The location is strategic, with a bus stop conveniently close by, making it easy to reach Venice. The private parking was very convenient. Our room was clean...
Great place to stay in Venice Mestre. Excellent location, breakfast, and service. The room was spacious and very clean.
Excellent and outstanding staff
Thank you receptionists all .. i forgot the genteman name and
Martina is so helpfull with good spirits
I truly recommend this hotel, especially for the immaculate rooms and the incredibly friendly staff. Another major advantage is its proximity to Mestre station, just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, with two bus stops very close to the hotel, reaching the lagoon is incredibly easy. Highly recommended!

Great hotel at a great price! Air conditioning was amazing! One of our most comfortable stays in all of Europe. Very close to the bus station & a short ride into Venice! A small parking lot in the back, very kind employee helped us park!
For the price the hotel was amazing! The only downside was that the shower door didn't cloose completly but we didnt really mind. The breakfast had a lot of fresh food and good coffe. The rooms was small but spotless. The towels and bedding were clean. Pillows were nice thick and big. AC and minifridge were working normal. I also found the provided soap and shampoo very nice and not drying. The...
We had an excellent stay in this hotel, from the moment I stepped into the hotel until we left, we were treated with excellent service (at least compared to how we were treated in Venice City Center). Kudos to Amzad (if I got his name right) for delivering professional customer service upon check-in and to another receptionist during check-out. The room attendant ran after us when we left a pouch in...
We had a great time, friendly staff and clean rooms. Strategic location near the tram station. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back. On the day of departure we were also accompanied to the train station, without asking.
Great hotel!! Friendly and welcoming staff. We will come again, we had a great time. Quiet area and well served.
Excellent location to walk to the center of Mestre but also for the transport that in less than 20 minutes allows you to reach Venice. More than for the location, however, I recommend it for the staff, kind, polite and helpful, a real guarantee.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable room, everything you need is there, cleaning was done every day.
The location is close to bus stops and trains, you can get to the center of Venice.
I was there in July, when the weather was very hot, so I really liked the air conditioning in the room, it was nice to come back to.
But a blanket would not fit.
5 minutes walk from Mestre station, very convenient to get to the center of Venice - one stop on regional trains to Santa Lucia station, 10 minutes and 1.5 euros. 30 minutes and 10 euros by bus to Marco Polo airport.

Excellent location and excellent service. Would stay here again. We stayed for two days while in Venice and then for a third night on our way back after hiking the Dolomites. Luggage storage for our extra things and the front desk pre arranged a 2 am taxi for us to the airport. She knew we would need it and took care of us before needing to ask. ❤️
The staff were not the friendliest.
The positives were large double rooms with good aircon and the hotel is walking distance to the train station and restaurants.

The staff was very helpful. They let us store our luggage in a storage room until we were able to check in (early arrival). They gave good information with transportation options . They were very accommodating with breakfast as we also had an early flight.
Little hidden gem
The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable. The location was perfect from transportation. The staff helped with directions and where to go for meals. I highly recommend this place. I highly recommend to get the breakfast. It had everything you might want . Whether you need a big breakfast or just some café to get your day started.
Affordable, close to grand canal. Great breakfast. Parking cost 8 Eu per day.
Alex at the reception was very helpful. Grocery store in the neighbourhood.

Briefly:
-Really close to train station and some restaurants
-book here only IF BUT ONLY if you are in a budget, there is no other option.
-the surroundings are in Poor condition.
-the breakfast is just bad coffee and bad juice with good croissants and yogurt and toasted bread.
-the rooms are clean but really uncomfortable.
Rooms were good, clean and spacious. Some things could be better maintained but overall it was good. Staff was friendly and helpful when they could. Hotel could use an upgrade.
You pay what you get, but the location is very near to center of Venice.
The hotel was clean and had a low price. We went to the hotel for our visit to Venice. It was convenient. The location was ok. Nothing special though. It was just a hotel that did the job.
Lovely and affordable. Nice place near station (no lift in station) has elevator going to room. Big room so you can open big luggage. Bus going to venice is in front of the hotel.
The hotel is really cheap for Venice. We read a lor of reviews and were a bit scared but actually turned out to be a great experience. Good breakfast. The rooms were indeed old and needed to renew the floor. The food in Venice (actually not just the food, the whole city) is a tourist trap. Our best meal was is a pizzeria close to the hotel, its called Pizzeria Capri.
We stayed just the night. The bathroom was small but clean. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, it is good. Breakfast was not very good. Rooms were clean and warm.

Positives: clean and tidy room, lots of pastries for breakfast, bar prices were very reasonable, helpful staff, room cleaned every day, easy to get to Venice from hotel.
Negatives: Small rooms, 15 minute walk into Mestre centre, no safe in room.
Overall, I would recommend as a good base for your holiday.
It's good for a night or two. The rooms are clean, comfy, and the service is nice - they helped us when we asked them. The only issue is that the hotel is far from the other part of the city, so it is mandatory to take public transport. But overall, it was good.
I was worried about this hotel after reading some of the reviews but I had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the room looked and smelled clean and cared for, and it was easy to get to/from Venice and the airport from the hotel. I don't really know what some of the other reviewers expect for the price they paid. I thought it was very fair. The only part of the reviews I've read that I can...

The rooms are what you would expect of a standard 3-4 star hotel. Slightly dated, not enough pillows, but otherwise decent sized. Plenty of outlets for electricity. Beds are mildly comfy. The wifi is okay. The speed is fast enough, but the connection is spotty so sometimes you can't connect at all. Service is great at the front desk, very friendly and they spoke enough English to check us Americans...
Clean room, a bit compact but nicy furnished, spacious bathroom. Conveniently located with bus stop opposite the hotel taking you to venice in 20 min and to the airport in 30 min. Buses are frequent, every 15 min, although they can be packed. €1.50 to go to Venice (free if you have a pass). €10 to airport. I would have no hesitation staying here again for leisure or pleasure.
Bus stop to the airport and Venice are right in front. Bars, grocery and fruit stores all around. Location is excellent. The room was huge and comfortable. A little hot. No view. They have shutters that needs to be lowered by staff if you raise it. The showers were handicap friendly and there was no way to stop water from messing up the bathroom floors. TV was small for the room but we hardly used...
The hotel's location is very good, but the facilities are very lacking. The TV channels in the room were not working, and it seemed like the TV was just for show. Additionally, the internet speed in the room was very slow, almost like 2G speed. I informed the staff that my room didn't have internet, but they said they would check and nobody did. I am disappointed with the facility.
Nice, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good location for access to Venice. There's a bus stop opposite the hotel.
The only minor thing is there's only one iron available in the hotel. There's an ironing room on the 5th floor where you can iron all your clothes. But you might want to bring your travel iron incase the hotel one is in use. Also tea coffee facilities in the room, but that didn...
The hotel is very good, clean, staff very friendly and helpful. I would love to mention for great service Selene and Rocco. Near a supermarket it is also a perfect location, close to the bus station, to get into Venice Island. Very recommended!

Nice hotel to visit Venice. 10 min to the train station and 11 min to Venice by train. Breakfast is ok. Private parking is available. Staff is wonderful.

Very clean hotel with good connections to Venice and the airport. However, the soundproofing in the room is non-existent and you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the other rooms, from snoring to chatter often late at night.

The hotel was very nice, the room very cleaned but what impressed us was the kindness of the staff - from the very first day to the last one we felt welcomed. The breakfast was good and there was a good mix of sweet and savoury. The hotel is the middle between Venezia and the airport so it is easy to get to both places. Definitely recommended.
We arrived 4 hours before the check in time but the owner/clerk was gracious enough to let us go to our room because the room was already ready. Hats off to Beth for preparing the room ahead of time. Room is pretty decent. Bathroom is huge! I would not hesitate to book a night or two if ever I’m around the area again!
It’s very cheap here and the value for money is good. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rating of 3 reflects the quality of the hotel (its basic) not the service. The rooms are very clean and if I was on a budget I would return.
Great location. 15 minutes by bus to Palazzo Roma. The start of Venice. Easy to get round with the travel card can buy from Hotel Marco Polo. Great service at Marco Polo hotel as with the breakfast. Room great.
Our stay at Hotel Marco Polo was fine so I gave it the amount of stars the hotel was. Very good breakfast and very nice receptionist. One problem we occurred was that our shower curtain was ripped. Pro:
- nice staff, especially the reception
- bus station for Venice in front of the hotel, with option to buy tickets from reception
- the staff gave us all information needed, even more
- quite place
- comfortable beds
Cons:
- a heavy smell of cigarettes and smoke in the rooms
- furniture and bathroom very old...
Great value for the money. Conveniently located for taking the bus. Wish they had air conditioning though.
Cute little hotel. It’s older, but really quaint. Wonderful restaurants to walk to.
Our room was next to the self-service washing machine room so there was a lot of traffic and noise around our room. We were full of bites after sleeping there - not sure whether it was mosquitos or bed bugs. The food was lovely, but the dining space too small for all the people there. Otherwise very nice and tidy place to stay at.
Good place. Garden was so cute.
Such a beautiful place to stay for a few days! The town is sleepy but way better to sleep here than in Venezia itself.
