Overall, a good enough hotel. But a few things are lacking. It’s decently clean but could be better. Breakfast is ok, but could be better for the level of the hotel. And they have decent options including smoked salmon. Don’t expect a top service hotel and it’s going to be just fine.

The rooms were decent, though smaller than expected, but what truly left a negative impression was the treatment we received from the staff during breakfast. To our disbelief, we were told we had only five minutes left to finish eating—this was before 7:30 a.m. (take note we were not informed that there was such a time limit). The rush to eat quickly was both stressful and unpleasant.
What’s worse, we had arrived early (exactly 6:30am) specifically to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, yet one particular staff member, a blonde woman with curly hair, repeatedly pressured us to vacate our table, claiming another group was waiting for our spot. This was baffling, as there were plenty of empty seats available in the lounge. It felt like we were being singled out, which was both rude and unprofessional.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a hotel chain under Marriott’s name. I’ve stayed at many reputable hotels, but this experience was by far the most disappointing, also a first I must say. Unless the management addresses these issues, I cannot recommend staying here.

Got the room right below the 24 hour fitness center. Called the front desk about noise at 9:30pm because we have to be up at 3am for our flight and they told us there’s nothing they can do because it’s a 24 hour fitness center. Make sure you don’t get that room because people work out at all hours of the day. Rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. While Mestre isn’t the nicest, it’s conveniently close to the train station to get to Venice.

I have stayed here several times in the last few years. Overall this is an excellent and very comfortable hotel, albeit located well north in an area more commercial and of shopping outlets. I really want to give 5 stars. However it is let down by one issue… a very poor breakfast service. Breakfast is served at level -1 in an underground room with little natural light, despite there being a large unused open-plan restaurant area at the ground floor level. There is a very limited choice of foods in the buffet, far less than would be normally expected for a hotel at this level. But the worst issue is the woman who manages the breakfast service (black hair, black clothes and small neck tattoo). I know from my previous visits she is always guaranteed to be brusque and unfriendly but at my most recent visit (late October 2024) she was coughing all over the food items as she constantly (unnecessarily) keeps rearranging all the food. Next time I will choose a different hotel.

This hotel was a great pick for our last two days of our excursion. It is only maybe 20 minutes to the airport, very clean, spacious, and has most amenities. We were disappointed with no pool, but over all it was wonderful. The bar has decent selection and the staff was above and beyond! We had a couple issues with getting a crib for the baby and them delivering a broken one, but we were able to get it all sorted out. The breakfast had great selection and included champagne which I always appreciate. They ensured we were taken care of including helping us get our taxi changed when we our flight was switched last minute.

Comfortable and modern hotel with lovely staff. Bus stop at door takes you to Venice in 30 mins, or hospital train station is less than 10 mins walk.

A good hotel, nice rooms, good beds, parking spot and a very nice breakfast.
The hotel is located in the middle of a big shopping area on the outskirt of Mestre and has multiple options to reach the center of venice by public transport (bus and train).
