Reviews
We stayed in 2 different rooms: a double room with canal view the first two nights and then in an economy double, both beautifully decorated, comfortable beds.
Good breakfast, fresh coffee on request with different vegan milk options too.
Friendly, proactive staff.
The room prices are not within our typical budget, but we wanted to treat ourselves in Venice and we didn’t regret it, although we do feel that the amount paid isn’t really realistic, or gives anything extra, we stayed for less in just as amazing hotels. But we do understand it could be the location. Would happily return nevertheless.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, their breakfast bar is incredible, and they even have a limited menu for an evening meal!
Very close by are several excellent restaurants, and it is adjacent to the city's "bus" (boat) station.
One note, the rooms are Tokyo small - but well appointed.
The staff are really helpful and kind, in all areas , from reception to breakfast room to cleaning. They are clearly also very well managed, so a shout out for management too!
The location for me is perfect, a bit secluded from the overcrowded tourist areas, but close enough to walk there, and also close to boat stops and the train station. There’s also a boat to/from the airport just a couple of minutes away. Around the hotel you can have beautiful walks in perfect tranquility, explore the super interesting ghetto, relax by the serene canals or extend the gaze to more open waters and, on a clear day, even to the Alps in the distance. This is the Venice that many tourists fail to enjoy.
The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great. Breakfast was just ok in my view for a hotel of this category, but the secret garden where you can have it if weather permits is pleasant indeed.
Prices were crazy when I went, but I guess the same is true for most other hotels in Venice, so let’s say they are in line…
The hotel was nice, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Lovely breakfast and a bar/ lounge downstairs if you fancy a nightcap. The location was great, and although not in the city centre, we still walked everywhere. There were water buses available as well. Very close to the shops and lovely squares with cafes and restaurants, and the sea on the other side. I would stay there again if I was visiting Venice again.
