Hotel Albatros

Air conditioner problems at the room and breakfast space. When we called the room service they appeared 1 hour after. No option of food in the restaurant. The place is TOO hot. Don’t recommend anyone going. 2 stars hotel.

I went to the front desk, and the guy told me that they had turned off.
My advice Don't come to this place.

Horrible place, this isn't 4 stars at all, very run down place, cant sleep because the bar across the street is very very loud... I was asleep halfway, woke up in the middle of the night and I hear a little caucasian girl voice saying "hello" to me... Omg!!

The worst hotel i've ever stayed.

Wifi wasnt working due to the hotel having "too many guests" staying that night. The TV was missing a cable which took around 30 mins for some service to bring to our room cause the other cable got "stolen". The staff are nice at least, you can just see they feel overwhelmed
by the size of the hotel and arent enough on duty, not really their fault as they were just trying to keep their heads above water. No cocktail bar, restaurant or nothing available as we arrived that evening, Never again.

Shower head didn’t work had to use basin for body wash. No wifi as the hotel booked 5 loaded buses of people who all wanted to use the wifi at the end they switched it off. This hotel needs to spend the money on a decent wifi otherwise people will not go there. Breakfast was below average. It’s out of reach to Venice. I will rate this hotel 2 star.

I feel like it's a lie to even call this place a HOTEL, when I would feel more respected, greeted and welcomed sleeping on the street. I stayed for the night as my company booked this "hotel" last minute. Bar in the lobby that never opens except for the "friends" of staff. Restaurant (no uniforms) serving semi-edible food. The guy working there, Francesco, was so nice and polite and helpful. The front desk staff was so rude to the point it made me avoid asking them for anything or talking to them (especially tall bald older men wearing glasses working the night shift). Wifi was not working for the entire night, so I could not even text my family or do any emails. Room 330 they put me in was somewhat nice with a comfortable bed and it was clean and smelled nice but the fridge (mini bar) was not working. The AC in the room was working but everywhere else in the hotel was so hot I could not catch my breath. The bathroom looked clean but everything is so old and overused (shower heads for example) it's hard to say. There is one very nice cafe across the street and that's the only thing to visit anywhere near the hotel. Whoever is the owner of this place, if you're reading this, you should be ashamed. This place is one rude and humiliating joke and the joke is on you paying the actual money to stay here.

It is all clean, but everyrhing looks so old

Tiny rooms with a putrid, nasty smell. I'm not really sure how this hotel is rated 4 stars. All the furniture is super old, and the location isn't great either. It's located in the outskirts of Venice, so there aren't that many restaurants or supermarkets nearby. Strange little place.
