I can't comment on the rooms here but do NOT dine here. The food here is not one of the worst, it is the worst in terms of quality, presentation, flavour, and texture. I'm not sure how does a hotel put out such quality of food when their brand and reputation is on the line and first impressions matter, but the food here is truly abysmal. You're better off ordering something from McDonald's on UberEats than dining here.

Went here for a dinner. The food is very very very bad. The squid ink pasta was just pasta, no meat, vege or anything. It was so so bland and bad. The fish they served looked like leftovers, I feel like the chef did not make an effort to cook the food properly. The tiramisu cake is frozen, and it was not made properly, could be from the grocery store. Overall, I had the worst meal ever at this Hotel. Please do not come here at all and please call the police on this hotel.

WORST HOTEL EVER! Horrendous hotel, I found large amounts of Mold in our room. I then rung reception to discuss a room change where he said he can’t do anything his the only one in the hotel and then hung up on me! To add to my already terrible experience the room is full of bugs. Extremely poor service would give a negative rating if i could!

The rooms were clean but had a strong smell of cigarettes. Despite the pictures of a glassed walled shower, I was greeted with a plastic shower curtain. It clung to me like it also wanted to leave.
The breakfast was a small selection of cereal, bread, ham, and cheese. I'm not mentioning the scrambled egg, as there was enough eggshell in there to avoid it entirely. The coffee was awful.
Came here on a pre booked tour as part of a package, but will be providing feedback to them when I return home to prevent further groups from having to spend a night here.

Air conditioner problems at the room and breakfast space. When we called the room service they appeared 1 hour after. No option of food in the restaurant. The place is TOO hot. Don’t recommend anyone going. 2 stars hotel.

Horrible place, this isn't 4 stars at all, very run down place, cant sleep because the bar across the street is very very loud... I was asleep halfway, woke up in the middle of the night and I hear a little caucasian girl voice saying "hello" to me... Omg!!

The worst hotel i've ever stayed.

Wifi wasnt working due to the hotel having "too many guests" staying that night. The TV was missing a cable which took around 30 mins for some service to bring to our room cause the other cable got "stolen". The staff are nice at least, you can just see they feel overwhelmed
by the size of the hotel and arent enough on duty, not really their fault as they were just trying to keep their heads above water. No cocktail bar, restaurant or nothing available as we arrived that evening, Never again.

Shower head didn’t work had to use basin for body wash. No wifi as the hotel booked 5 loaded buses of people who all wanted to use the wifi at the end they switched it off. This hotel needs to spend the money on a decent wifi otherwise people will not go there. Breakfast was below average. It’s out of reach to Venice. I will rate this hotel 2 star.
