We stayed one night at this property. First of all, the room is very clean and, despite its small size, there is everything you need to spend a peaceful night.
But certainly the added value is the availability of Mrs. Monica who welcomes you with big smiles and supports you with sincere courtesy for every need.
An additional highlight is breakfast at a nearby cafe. Here too, extreme kindness and excellent quality products. A great experience!

Staff was really helpful and kindly accomadating towards my last minute check-in requests (check in after 9pm is 20 euros extra, though). Both the woman and the young lady I spoke to or met were really kind. Room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast is in a nearby cafè where staff is kind and coffee and croissants are good. Close to transport but not so much to metro stations. Would recommend.

the nicest b&b, with clean and tidy facilities, all toiletries you can possibly think of, air conditioning (which is essential in Italian summer), mini fridge with two water bottles, nice wifi. the towels were changed every day, checking in and out was smooth, and breakfast in the nearby cafe, though with limited choices (mostly pastry) was still rather good and very pleasant. location's good too, it's 30 minutes tops to get to the city center or main railway stations by bus + metro.

Basic room: bed, tea table (there is a kettle and a choice of 6 flavors of tea, the cup is a bit small, like a cappuccino so to speak, a glass for water) a small fridge with bottle of water, bathroom with shower cubicle and set of towels.
The bho thing is the breakfast. You have a voucher for breakfast at a cafe next door that will make you feel hungry. They make you wait like a mona with coffee and milk that's getting cold and the pasta that (you remind them) they bring you is also wrong.
Which then fools you because it's next door because you say I'll keep my bag up there and after a quick breakfast I'll pick it up just for checkout and then I'll leave. No wrong.
It's better to call it "Bed and Enough".

For years, when we come to Milan we have always stayed in this very clean, quiet, well-kept B&B, convenient location to reach the center and the canals. Very kind and welcoming owner

Room not spacious but nice. Clean and neat. Good location near the Navigli. But ... for "anti-Covid rules" the breakfast provided in the B&B is converted with a voucher to be used in a nearby bar. The owner tells us that we can take whatever we want, instead we discover that in our breakfast voucher there is a sweet piece, a coffee and a cappuccino or juice. We take a single-serving package of honey to sweeten the cappuccino and WE MAKE PAYING !!
Therefore :
1. to be fair it should be specified that breakfast is not in the B&B but in a modest bar and "rationed"
2. consequently, always to be fair, it would be better to just charge the room, the price, considering that there is no breakfast, is excessive.

Great guest house, perfect for a quick work trip to Milan. Don't be put off by the building entrance, a lovely oasis awaits you inside.
