the worst Accor hotel in Milano, people doesnt want to help you in anyway. They doesnt deserve their 4 stars. Im diamond member ans i never saw that, its a shame.
Except that the rooms are okay, clean and functionnal.

Experience catastrophic with this hotel.
Home telephone detestable for a change request not taken into account + home on the spot cold and unsympathetic .
Result : the obligation to reserve 1 night in a hotel + 2 nights paid for one night on the spot (I guess they have re-rented the room!)
My worst experience in an Accor Hotel (I'm a member of Club Accor) over the past 30 years.

The positive: it's a well located hotel, close to a Metro station giving you easy access to most of Milan. Now, if you have time, the negatives. The size of my room, for the price, was a joke. Very small - with just enough space to swing a very small cat. However, everything was clean - if a little tired. My main issue with this hotel is the noise. If it wasn't the neighbour in the residential building alongside my room practicing on the piano, it was the lack of sound insulation at the door - meaning I heard every noise in the corridor (doors slamming, the cleaner rustling bags on her trolley, people chatting waiting for the lift) - and every noise above me (I am not sure if they were practicing Zumba or dragging stones from one side of the room to the other but at least it echoed within my room late into the night). In fact, in the room, everything squeaked or rumbled in a way that left me wondering if the hotel will say it's a 'feature'. I particularly enjoyed hearing others going for a shower - or was that using the toilet? Not sure but it really added to the ambience. On arrival there was a note stating that "with compliments" they offered me 5 smarties and a bruised apple. I realise now that this reflected how little they thought of my custom. Find an alternative if you want a good night's sleep.
