First of all, we don't know why we have to get our keys 4km away from the apartments. Second of all, we had to call first to find out that we have to pay the deposit. There was no information about it. When we arrived, they wanted to get 300€ from our card, but when we had a problem, they wanted 200€ in cash. There was no trash bags, no detergents to clean the apartment. When we left, they had a problem with dirty dishes, trash bags in our apartment. I would like to underline once again - we had NO DETERGENTS to clean it. They wanted to get 50€ from our deposit, because we didn't clean the mess. So what do the cleaning stuff do? When we cleaned, we asked the stuff to check our apartment and tell the woman in the reception, that everything is okay, to get our money back. The cleaning stuff didn't even want to come, and when they came, they looked at the apartment for 30 seconds, and rudely answered, that everything is okay. I do not recommend this place for a stay in Milan. They openly wanted to charge us for leaving the mess.

You have to pick up keys in a different part of town which is at least 20 minute car ride from hotel.
Staff members don't speak fluent English and are very uncooperative.
Four of us were on a bussines trip and we weren't informed about frequent power outages in a hotel. We weren't able to charge our laptops and cellphones, not to mention cool our drinks or cook something.
When we called the reception we were told that it is normal thing in Milano beacause, I quote, "all people come home from work in same time and turn on their AC".
I hope this review will help someone to avoid the terrible mistake we made.

You can get a key only after 3 pm far away from the hotel. That is the latest check-in time I have ever heard!

The reception is 50 minutes from the actual property, in another part of the city.
Staff was extremely unprofessional - they required to leave my credit card details even though the booking was already prepaid. They did not accept the debit card which booking.com has approved.
The apartment was smelling of cigarettes. The apartment was extremely dirty and smelly.
Never had a similiar experience in the world.

Excellent accommodation. Apartment equipped with all the amenities working perfectly (TV, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher) . Staff competent and friendly. Parking available for a fee.

This decent site. The sofa bed is horrible. It sounds a lot and sleeps a fatal. The shower is small. All of the ikea. Ok for a night.

Good place but only accessible during 1000 to 2000H. In any other situations, it's difficult to reach them. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

very cheap but high class hotel.Quite a nice hotel, be aware that's it's not precisely cheap, though, and it's VERY modern in design. If you're used to a very traditional everyday bedding experience you're in for a few surprises.
Also, climate control is quite as . This is both a good and bad thing, though, so you'll have to make your own mind up on that.
Staff are extremely friendly, though, and if you're here for a convention you'll find it a wonderful stay.
