Enclosed in the walls of an old furnace renovated into a modern and cozy hotel, the 119 contemporary guestrooms ensure a comfortable and exclusive stay. Rooms are equipped with LCD TV with satellite channels, laptop sized in-room safe, minibar, tea facilities and elegant furnishings enhanced by Venini lighting. A permanent exhibition of glass works by local and renowned artists can be seen in the common areas of the property. Overlooking the Canal Grande of Murano, the hotel is located a few steps away from the nearest pier and so easily accessible by water bus, 24/7 service and hotel shuttle.

The Hyatt Centric Murano Venice was, without a doubt, the best hotel we stayed at during our entire tour of Italy. It was a truly exceptional experience.
Of the five hotels we stayed in, the breakfast here was hands-down the best—a fantastic spread with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay.
One of the things that made this hotel stand out was a small but significant detail: they were the only hotel that allowed us to borrow an iron, which was a huge convenience.
Overall, this is an awesome place to stay. We highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Murano Venice for anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, and top-notch service.

This is a gem of a hotel in Venice. Murano is a lovely island and very accessible to the main parts of Venice. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and big enough. Breakfast was typical for a hotel and enough to get us started for the day ahead. Staff were also very friendly! We will definitely be back here for our next Venice trip!

I was disappointed by this hotel, especially compared to other Hyatts and all the other hotels we stayed at over 2+ weeks in Italy. The main concern is the temperature of the room - the air conditioning either doesn’t work, or isn’t sufficient, and I now see many other guests complain about this in reviews, and wish I saw that before we booked. The rooms were significantly hotter than the outdoors, and the bugs/ noise kept us from being able to keep windows open to try to cool the room a little more. The shower was also not the best - the temperature in our room would vary throughout the whole shower, going from freezing to scalding and back again. The rooms were large and comfortable otherwise. The boat shuttle to the airport is €22 per person each way, and that worked well.

Great location at beautiful Murano. Hotels looks new and “luxurious”, away from the noise and crowds of Venice, 15 minutes boat ride to/from Venice, station is in front of hotel. Service is above average for European standards but not 5. Breakfast buffet is very good, plenty of choices included many gluten and lactose free options.
The only and big reason for me not to give them 5 starts is the air condition in the rooms: even thought there is a thermostat in the room, it’s controlled by the central system and the lowest is 22 Celsius (71.5 F), being summer, I needed to open the window then mosquitoes come in and now I have like 15 bites

Our family stayed at this hotel for one night in Venice. Since there were four of us, we stayed in a duplex suite with breakfast included. I highly recommend experiencing the breakfast. The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was also excellent. Although the location wasn't on the main island, it was great that the water taxi stop was right in front of the hotel.You can't expect much of a view, but the windows in the duplex suite ensure good natural lighting.

Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano. The staff were all lovely and the service was extremely good. The great experience started with the transfer from the airport on the hotels boat, with the driver providing some excellent advise on the trip over to the island. The breakfast buffet is amazing. We found the location perfect. A short boat ride to Venice but the vaporetto is regular and the journey is scenic (and for us at least uncrowded because we were travelling the opposite way to most- accept when we travelled from Murano to Burano, in hindsight we should have taken the hotel boat!). We were so glad to be staying away from the crowds in Venice and Murano is a beautiful Island with some lovely restaurants, cafes etc.

we slept okay, but there was noise outside and above my room. The room itself was nice, though it didn't have the view shown in the pictures. The breakfast, which we paid extra for, was good, but it was the same for three days."

The shuttle boat we booked with the hotel cost 22 euros per person and took us directly to the hotel entrance, which was a great experience. It was perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery of Venice without anyone else around. You can also take a bus directly to the entrance. I didn't visit the Glass Island last time, so I wanted to explore it this time. The hotel is right outside the scenic area, so it was a great place to wander around. The bus from the entrance goes directly to the main island, which is quite convenient, but you still have to walk a bit to the boat station. The room was average, not very clean, and the view from the window was lacking, so choose carefully if you mind. I stayed at a five-star hotel in San Marco on the main island last time and was dissatisfied because it was too old. I wonder if Venice is just like that. The beautiful weather and the beauty of Venice these days may make up for some of these shortcomings.

The room was nice. Customer service however was hit or miss. Our check in representative was excellent and gave us recs. But on a Friday after exploring, a hotel rep saw us and gave us an angry “Hello?!?” and a stare down, like we couldn’t possibly be hotel guests to her. Don’t assume based on race?? They also don’t have AC during certain months. Our room was booked next to the courtyard and unbeknownst to us, there was a wedding that week and we had to hear the loud music play until 11pm. A warning would’ve been great or at least don’t place non-wedding guests next to the party??? The hotel restaurant has gluten free options. The manager was excellent but our actual waitress seemed to forget all about us. Our other Hyatt experiences have been absolutely excellent so very surprised by their varied customer service at this hotel. Murano is a sleepy town, many restaurants and gelato options close early and transporting to Venice late at night takes a bit of practice. Just a heads up.

The service is very good, the scenery is super beautiful, and it was the most comfortable two nights in Italy. The manager handled things very efficiently, and it is highly recommended. The hotel is on the glass island, very quiet and suitable for living and walking, and the restaurant tastes good
