You'll probably have to take a ferry.
But other than that it's perfect.
It's close to the Accademia Bridge and about a 10-minute walk to St. Mark's Square. The staff are friendly, and there is an elevator and a lobby. The breakfast is good enough for the price.
I'd like to use it again if I come to Venice.

This hotel was good only for the location. We found bed bugs, and bed bug stains in the first room that we were given. Thank god that we checked our room prior to sleeping there.
The hotel staff then moved us to a smaller room without a view, and were extremely short and dismissive with us. We contacted Trip.com about our experience and they were not able to get us any form of partial refund or compensation from the hotel. After some back and forth with them we were given $70.
they have a cleaning service every day but I don't think they clean the bed cover and the carpets (flooring) every day
the location is really good as it's near to the pier of the water bus linking to the tourist attractions
I had a stay with breakfast included, however, the hotel did not have sufficient seats that I have to wait for seats and the food is not enough for everybody that one time, I have almost nothing to eat (it operates 7-10 am and I arrived there 930am that time)
- Breakfast was sort of limited. Room was a bit small but for a single person its was ok.
