Great location for big city like Napoli. With lot if facility near by.
Easy to go Garibaldi central station.
Easy to reach the beach side Lungo Mare..
lot of shops and good restaurant just at some minutes to walk.

Great value for best new buil

Fantastic value for money considering the location (minutes from the metro, busses, bars, shops, cafes, restaurants, short walk to Quatieri Spagnoli etc). Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The coffee capsules were very welcome in the morning. The gentleman at the reception (sorry I didn’t get your name) was extremely helpful, giving us lots of tips for local sights and dinings establishments. My only negative for the room (301) is that the window didn’t open much and immediately above us there was a very noisy family staying who made lots of noise (scraping furniture, dropping things on the floor) very late at night which woke us a few times but this is beyond the control of Delco (so we didn’t report this). But overall we were most pleased with our choice.

The host was welcoming and kind. He was very careful about our needs. We will definitely return. Clean and lovely suite!

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, museums. The area feels very safe. The room was just what we needed -- clean and comfortable! I'd definitely stay again next time in Naples. Thanks for the hospitality!

Excellent property located on the third floor of a modern building with a lift. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the seafront and Via Toledo. We stayed in a large, clean, functional and well-lit studio.
Very appreciated the voucher for breakfast to be used in the bar near the structure, which was given to us. I hope to be able to return as soon as possible.

We stayed for 4 nights and everything was great. The location is perfect, safe, in a good neighborhood. The room was clean, big, modern, also the bathroom had a jacuzzi. Massimo was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend staying here 100%. Just a tip: call Massimo before when you arrive in Napoli and he will arrange a taxi for you at a better price 😊
