Mrs. Maria was very kind and hospitable but unfortunately we rented 2 rooms for the 8th and 9th December and the heating didn't work…. We called the lady who told us to touch a switch to unlock the heat pump but it was no use, we spent a cold night in both rooms. For us negative experience I do not recommend it !!!!!!!!!! Negative: clean but non-functional structure, not to mention the elevator that didn't work, we had to climb 3 floors of stairs. Furthermore, instead of apologizing like a true Neapolitan, the lady invented a lot of absurd excuses, a bit strange that in two rooms both without heating? With separate heat pumps!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

B&B one step away from Piazza Plebiscito, Via Toledo and the seafront, clean, comfortable and practical!
Mrs. Maria is a super welcoming and nice woman! Then combined with the na bona furchet restaurant practically opposite where you can eat very well!

During our stay in Naples we chose to rely on this B&B, highly recommended, super positive experience, small but welcoming and clean room. Super strategic location, with shops next door, in front of Piazza Plebiscito and a few steps from the Galleria Umberto and Quartieri Spagnoli. Also recommended for its proximity to lots of good places to eat and for its proximity to public transport: Central Funicular, Toledo Metro to get around comfortably. Welcoming and super friendly staff!!

I stayed with a friend of mine on Thursday 27 June 2024 after the concert in plebiscite square. Nothing to say about the location, really excellent and just a few minutes walk away. The room, however, was vomiting, a very small hole that you could barely fit into, with an awkward bunk bed. I assume it is not ethically correct to ask more than 70 euros for such a place. Absolutely not recommended

I was in this b & b from 4 to 8 July 2024. Helpful staff but not in the structure, very central place not far from the subway. The rooms are very old, the furnishings are rough, inside the rooms you can only use data as the telephone line does not have reception. When I arrived I found the sheets with holes in them from wear and tear, there was no shower gel or shampoo, only liquid soap. There is only one communal fridge, and the next morning I discovered that they had stolen the water I had left in it. The single room was tiny, I think no more than 2.5 meters by 2.5 meters. A single bed against the wall, a tiny, very old bathroom, with the cup positioned in such a way that to sit you had to stand to the side, because there was no space. The shower cubicle was dirty with mold, one door was broken. I paid 280 euros for 4 nights. You do the math.

An experience made special by our eighth grade students who, with a spirit of adventure, proved to be great. The luck of Naples B & B is to be in a truly splendid and colorful city as it can only be in Italy, in a very central area but otherwise it was a great disappointment. The staff is not at all cooperative and has zero professionalism. The rooms are small and not clean with a miserable bathroom. The wifi connection is poor or non-existent, and for teachers located in two different buildings with 40 students it is serious because communication is fundamental, I would say vital. Our dinners were certainly not gargantuan, in fact I would say poor with a bottle of water for 4. Even a kind lady, given the shameful situation, offered us her own. Not to mention a margherita pizza for €15.00 after having negotiated the price for a long time. In short, Naples all my life but the location is to be rejected due to the rudeness and arrogance of the staff incapable of empathy.

Nice and functional rooms, quite clean. Perfect for a couple of nights no more. Personnel very helpful and friendly. The area in which it is located is very functional for visiting the city.

Creepy stay..
the staff were very friendly but everything else was really poor. The small rooms make it impossible to move. Completely absent hygiene. Bathroom old, dirty and not very functional. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

if you think about when you sit on the toilet when you have a stomach ache you can understand the quality of the service. In summary it was a terrible stay... dirty, stained and hairy sheets.
