Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very good breakfast, but dinner in the restaurant however I would not recommend. It is better to go outsides.
All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot and definitely will come back!
The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The view of the lake from the restaurant added a touch of tranquility and beauty.
The beds in the rooms were extremely comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail in providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Last but not least, the reception staff deserves a special mention. They were always ready to assist.

The views will take your breath away, followed by friendly staff that will go above & beyond to make sure you are happy ,This staff will put most Luxury hotels to shame, from front desk to the bar, they are all there just to make sure you are having a wonderful time.
There is so much to write about this place, it is hard to know where to start. I have traveled all over Europe, US & Asia you name it most likely I stayed there. When I come across a place like this it blows me away & can not wait to return again.
It is not just one thing but Checking all the boxes & delivering a value above & beyond.
1- Everyone is there to make sure you happy
2- Hotel is clean comfortable & spacious rooms.
3- Views are to die for sit in your balcony & watch the sunrise
4-Breakfast for me was a big part especially because of the honey they had, brought me to my childhood in Turkey.
5- Great bar to have a drink & enjoy the views
6- If you have the time take their boat tour, they have their own dock & an old Italian boat to have your enjoy the lake
We didn't know where we were going to stay as we were driving thru the day, We are lucky we ended up here & instead of just getting on the road early we enjoyed most of the day there. They were nice enough to give us a late check out so we didn't feel rushed & they have their own private parking for free.

Just, dogs should not be allowed in food area. It's just not hygienic. And not soundproof at all.
