Restaurant staff were friendly but couldn't always help - breakfast was average (the free scrambled eggs were terrible and 5 Euros for 2 fried eggs instead! They didn't know what a poached egg was - even in Italian!).
Bar staff were less friendly - but the bar was always busy. They brought the wrong drink on one ocassion and said they can't change it and we would have to pay for it!
All the hotels and restaurants in the row belong to the same group. The Europa restaurant service was not great. For example, their Ceasar salad has no ingredients from a Ceasar salad (except the chicken). Wrong lettuce, wrong dressing, no croutons! We got a rude response when we questioned it!
Great place, great view, great prices for the restaurant
Can be a bit noisy when the bar ends but in my opinion it adds to the scenery
