Consists of a 4 storey building.

Incredible hotel in the heart is Sorrento. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Very clean hotel and staff is outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful and very detailed. A must is having a drink with the incredible bartender Nobody! He is an experience unto itself! Great central location to launch wonderful day trips. Highly recommend a stay here.

This hotel was impressive from the second we booked. They answered all of my questions, were so accommodating, and helped us arrange everything we needed. We stayed with our two young children and it was such a good experience. The location was perfect, room was great, and all of the staff were so friendly & helpful (and excellent with our kids, especially Rocco!) The pool was also a huge bonus! Would definitely recommend.

The perfect location in Sorrento! 30 second walk to the main center shops, stop at the tiny market across the street which has the best fruit & is run by a sweet family. Our terrace room offered privacy, comfort, and a stunning view of the mountainside. Americans — the A/C works well! The pool is lined with citrus trees and is a comfortable spot for an afternoon swim. The wonderful front desk staff arranged private transport for us from the Napoli train station, highly recommend requesting this! It is worth every penny, the driver even gave us a quick driving tour of Sorrento on our way in! I wish I knew the company name. It would be nice to stock a few more towels in the rooms but that is such a minor note, and housekeeping was quick to provide additional towels upon request.

Spacious rooms, turn down service every night and the staff was on top of everything by the pool and for breakfast.

We had an issue with the AC and it was fixed immediately.

The food by the pool and for breakfast was good, the location is perfect and the staff was overall great. I think for the price we paid it was appropriate.

The staff and service at the Antiche Mural were excellent. They were always very friendly and provided advice and help with trips out and assisted with printing tickets booked online. Our room was very comfortable with lots of hanging space and drawers which is so often very limited and was checked by the staff twice daily.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast room is spacious and light with views of the gorge. My wife and I diabetic so the table full of sweet treats was out of bounds for us. However there was another table full of fruit, lots of variety of cheeses and cured meats cereal fruit juice small savoury treats croissants breads. Best of all really generous pots of excellent quality coffee, not the dismal brew served in some Italian hotels.
The hotel is ideally situated just behind
Tasso square close to all amenities the railway station and the port but quiet for rest and sleeping.

We just can't say enough about this beautiful hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was very pleasant and catered to our every need. Our room was specular with an amazing view. It was walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and attractions. It offered the most delicious breakfast indoor or out in their magnificent garden. The breakfast manager, Rocco greeted us each morning with the biggest smile and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The general manager Stefano helped to set up our wedding in the garden and went above and beyond in so many ways to insure our wedding day was magical. The bartender, Nobody was also super accommodating. The entire staff is exceptional and I highly recommend this hotel.

I have spent a week here, the room is comfortable and very clean with a balcony with a lovely view of the old city walls and ravine and the hills above the city. There's a pretty little pool area/garden to relax in and there is an extensive choice for breakfast. There isn't a restaurant here but that's not an issue as the hotel is a few steps from the main square and all the eating options you could wish for. Sorrento is really easy to explore on foot, and as a single traveller I felt very safe. Lots to do in the surrounding areas too, Capri is a short ferry journey. Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples can be reached by the express train really easily and the Amalfi coast towns aren't far either.

We stayed for 4 nights and had 4 rooms across our group. I will give location 5 stars as this was exactly what we wanted being right off the center Piazza close to shops and food. The staff was very accommodating with recommendations and transfers. The rooms I can't go any higher than a 3 based on the room I had. It's best described as tired. The bed was sunken in at the bottom. The room safe was broken (apologies for not mentioning to the front desk but I lost sight of it). My sister's room - the TV would not turn off - actually it did but then turned on by itself every 20minutes (even middle of the night) throughout the trip - told the staff but when we left it was still doing it. I think it just needs some TLC, but we made do...and again...location, location, location!!

I wish I could give a 5-star: unfortunately they tried to give us a basement room with no window at all! Even they say it is an upgrade with a bigger room, I would never appreciate a basement without sunlight! The room number starting with 6 - these are ones with no window. They changed our room to what we booked for. I could not believe they told me no other room left: we booked and paid in advance and checked in at early morning time!

Review for people traveling with babies. This was the best hotel on our vacation. It had a nice and clean baby play pen. Everyone was always very friendly, especially in the breakfast area. They had a very good breakfast with many things to choose from. Cappuccinos were very good! It had a very beautiful view. Sorrento was a cute town and definitely recommended!
