Great hotel, especially loved how 'Italian' the rooms were (think big, brown glass chandeleir and 'Franco Cozzo' type furniture).
The pool was freezing when we went and unfortunately there was no spa to enjoy!
The staff were quite friendly. Didn't love how we had to turn in our room keys when we went out.
The room was cosy and the housekeeping staff did a great job of tidying it daily.
The location was good, not right in the 'thick of it', but an easy walk to everything you need.

9 lovely days of plenty to do and see. Located centrally 10 minutes from anywhere. Breakfasts were a treat with such a variety of food, the omelettes being so special, eggs benedict so good. Afternoons by the pool just perfect to cool down and have a snack. Bedrooms just right with AC, cleaned to perfection every day and fresh towels. Staff are wonderful and engaging, helpful on everything you need to know. Already booked for next year.

Absolutely beautiful and clean, with lovely staff.
In a quiet place, close to the best restaurants in Sorrento and 5min walking distance from train station if you plan visiting Pompei.
Also, a toproof bar with an amazing view.

Stayed here in April 2024 for a 7 night stay. Hotel and room was very nice, cleaned every day and fresh towels put in. Breakfast was a buffet but plenty of choice each day. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre, shops all the way to the centre.

This hotel is basic stay. It is Vincent and close to the marina and old down town is 10 minutes walk away. Room was comfortable and very basic

The staff were always helpful and very polite. The lady who cleaned our room was very helpful . The rooms were cleaned, fresh towels everyday. Excellent service.

A wonderful and lively boutique hotel. Just 15 minutes from the city center. We were on half board. Breakfast was more than adequate, cereal, coffee, toast, scrambled eggs, yoghurt etc. Dinner was a constant pleasure. Fish, meat paste, soup. Everything is hot and tasty. The service was great except the guy at the pool. Grumpy Turf The pool was small but adequate and always clean and refreshing. The roof terrace was great, great view and service. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good air conditioning, large bed, sheets changed daily. I'll definitely be back.

I’m writing this review as a very cautionary one! My spouse and I spent a week there from October 14th-21st, the restaurant wait staff are good but the cleaning staff and hotel management are not to be trusted. It’s very sad to end a fabulous Italian holiday where all those we encountered were honest genuine loving locals. Upon checkout and arrival at our next hotel after staying at Hotel Zi Teresa in Sorrento we discovered that our MAID had stolen 5 expensive bottles of wine from us. It’s not so much the cost but the memories that were created upon purchasing these fine delicious Italian Tuscan favourites, it’s the fact that my son and his new bride were our travelling companions. The intent was to open them upon their 5 wedding anniversary and then one after each year leading up to their tenth. Those memories were stolen from us with these wines and for that I resent the hotel and their cleaning and management for insinuating that we must be mistaken, well we are not! Enough said, stay clear of this hotel for theft must be a common practice and also deceit and lying!

Beautiful clean room with good sized balcony, a day bed and decent sized bathroom with good facilities. Friendly cleaners keeping our room spotless and with plenty of fresh towels etc daily. Hotel was located close to Sorrento centre & restaurants and train station from which we came from a 5 minute walk. Pool was great, although a little small. All the staff including our waiters at breakfast were very courteous & helpful. Great value.

Lovely hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable and large rooms. Very clean. Good location. Pool area could get a bit crowded in the afternoon. Good place to stay.
