Hotel Zi' Teresa

Stayed here in April 2024 for a 7 night stay. Hotel and room was very nice, cleaned every day and fresh towels put in. Breakfast was a buffet but plenty of choice each day. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre, shops all the way to the centre.

The staff were always helpful and very polite. The lady who cleaned our room was very helpful . The rooms were cleaned, fresh towels everyday. Excellent service.

A wonderful and lively boutique hotel. Just 15 minutes from the city center. We were on half board. Breakfast was more than adequate, cereal, coffee, toast, scrambled eggs, yoghurt etc. Dinner was a constant pleasure. Fish, meat paste, soup. Everything is hot and tasty. The service was great except the guy at the pool. Grumpy Turf The pool was small but adequate and always clean and refreshing. The roof terrace was great, great view and service. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good air conditioning, large bed, sheets changed daily. I'll definitely be back.

Beautiful clean room with good sized balcony, a day bed and decent sized bathroom with good facilities. Friendly cleaners keeping our room spotless and with plenty of fresh towels etc daily. Hotel was located close to Sorrento centre & restaurants and train station from which we came from a 5 minute walk. Pool was great, although a little small. All the staff including our waiters at breakfast were very courteous & helpful. Great value.

Lovely hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable and large rooms. Very clean. Good location. Pool area could get a bit crowded in the afternoon. Good place to stay.

A strictly 4-star hotel, and a price to match.

We spent a week in Sorrento on our honeymoon, and booked a room overlooking the sea - at least, a quarter of it. The vast majority overlooked shabby buildings, most notably the local police station directly opposite. Unfortunately this meant that sirens could be heard loud and frequently throughout the day, and long into the night.

The bed was a little on the hard side, and the bathroom could've done with a new shower, but other than that it was nice. Once you got used to the view, you started to appreciate being so close to the noise and the bustle of everyday life, and we were grateful that it didn't take too long to walk to either the town centre or the coast.

The breakfast was exactly what you'd expect for a 4-star hotel. There was a nice variety but nothing to write home about, and a notable absence of hot food. There would be two hot items a day: scrambled eggs, and then either mushrooms or baked beans. For some reason, the fruit salad disappeared after 2 days, to be replaced by what looked like prunes in a bowl of their own juice.

Nonetheless, we enjoyed breakfast every morning we were there, and the staff were extremely polite and friendly. The pool facilities were fantastic, although we felt it could've stayed open a little longer than 6pm.

I think if we came back to Sorrento, we'd want to try staying somewhere else for a different experience. However, for anyone who hasn't been to Sorrento before and wants affordable, conveniently-placed accommodation, I can 100% recommend Hotel Zi Teresa.
