Location: in Sorrento, 500 m from the main Piazza tasso, 100 m from the railway station to Naples airport is 50 km away.

Consists of a 5-storey building.

Just 58 rooms.

We have just had a 10 day stay in this hotel. Our room overlooked the pool and garden area (room 307). We had no issues with any of the facilities and found it a pleasant hotel. Our room was basic but spotless, plenty of hot water and air conditioning was easy to control . The breakfast was fine and we loved the croissants. The roof top terrace was a lovely place to have an evening drink and watch the sunsets over the bay. The only issue we found was it can be very noisy from the very popular restaurant opposite and the main road. But then noise is to be expected staying in a busy town, ear plugs helped. The hotel location is good and about a 10 minute walk into the main square area and the harbour area. It's also close to the train station and plenty of restaurants and bars . The staff were professional and helpful, and everything seemed to run very smoothly. The hotel is small but then that's why we chose it. Overall, a pleasant stay and no complaints.

Had a fabulous 10 nights in this hotel. Spotless clean, room and bathroom were lovely and spacious. Roof terrace great for a drink and all staff were very pleasant and helpful. Central location but not noisy and very near some great wee restaurants. Highly recommended just loved it all.

I would fully ignore any of the poorly rated reviews because we have just been to the hotel and it was amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely, the bar man through the day went above and beyond. Be patient if you have to ding the bell a couple of times. The pool was the perfect temp in a 30 degree heat and wasn’t freezing at all. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels. The breakfast staff were sooooo gorgeous and the food at breakfast was fine. Boiled eggs, scrambled, toast, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit. You can also order fresh omelettes. Aircon was fine for us, you have to leave key at hotel which cuts electricity off if you’re charging anything whilst you go out but not a problem for us. They loved our 10 year old son. We met some fabulous people. I would 100% go back to this hotel! Thank you x

Great location and price compared to others in Sorrento. Found service to be lacking, no help with bags with multiple staff seeing us struggle up stairs. The breakfast was disappointing not many options stuff seemed to just be thrown together. No alternative milk options. Pool is only open 10am-6pm which seems a bit rediculous after a nice day out can’t relax in pool because it’s closed. They like you to leave key at reception when leaving building as desk is 24hr which we didn’t mind however one occasion we came back and they had obviously turned our air con off whilst being out and forgot to turn it back on when we returned so our room was like a sauna! Not what you need when being out hot and sweaty all day… and you can’t jump in the pool to cool off! Safe in the room didn’t work. Showers constantly alternate hot and cold, be careful you might get burnt!! And don’t shower at night there won’t be any hot water left. Shower is very small as well! Despite this beds were comfortable, location is good walking distance to train/bus station, good restaurants, beach clubs etc. We had a nice view from our balcony.

Had a terrible experience. The room stunk. Terrible deodorizer smell gave us literal allergies; difficult to sleep. Pool water was ice cold. Other pools nearby were warm enough to swim. This was like an ice bath. Chairs and fixtures all worn. Very mediocre view of water and area. Tiny space; can’t even open a suitcase up fully without taking it to the balcony. Many other hotels nearby that were much better! Don’t stay here! Staff was very unfriendly. We had to carry our bags up 30 stairs, as did the elderly couple arriving behind us, as two young men stood and watched at desk and offered no help. When asked to change rooms was told no they were booked. Another woman was asking to change rooms directly after we did. We asked for a refund for the remainder of our stay after the first night due to allergies and dissatisfaction and were told no. They showed us a dirtier room that smelled rank at that time to change to but told us “the problem was us” and there was no smell. Air conditioner also did not work all night. Trip has been lovely in all ways except this stay. 0/10. Horrible. Bad management.

Great hotel, especially loved how 'Italian' the rooms were (think big, brown glass chandeleir and 'Franco Cozzo' type furniture).
The pool was freezing when we went and unfortunately there was no spa to enjoy!
The staff were quite friendly. Didn't love how we had to turn in our room keys when we went out.
The room was cosy and the housekeeping staff did a great job of tidying it daily.
The location was good, not right in the 'thick of it', but an easy walk to everything you need.

9 lovely days of plenty to do and see. Located centrally 10 minutes from anywhere. Breakfasts were a treat with such a variety of food, the omelettes being so special, eggs benedict so good. Afternoons by the pool just perfect to cool down and have a snack. Bedrooms just right with AC, cleaned to perfection every day and fresh towels. Staff are wonderful and engaging, helpful on everything you need to know. Already booked for next year.

Absolutely beautiful and clean, with lovely staff.
In a quiet place, close to the best restaurants in Sorrento and 5min walking distance from train station if you plan visiting Pompei.
Also, a toproof bar with an amazing view.

Stayed here in April 2024 for a 7 night stay. Hotel and room was very nice, cleaned every day and fresh towels put in. Breakfast was a buffet but plenty of choice each day. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre, shops all the way to the centre.
