location was great with absolutely amazing views over Sorrento from a large balcony. The room was huge with lots of storage and space. Fab breakfast and the staff were lovely also

Amazing food in main restaurant but the Al a carte tasting menu was out of this word. Well deserved m star

The hotel and grounds are wonderful and the staff saw to our every need. The hotel is off the main thoroughfare but within walking distance of Sorrento centre and St Agnello railway station for those who like to step out on their own.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They all had a real sense of pride in the hotel and in their jobs and wanted guests to have the very best experience.

First time visitors to Sant'Agnello and we cannot fault this hotel. Room was clean and well furnished, pool and sun-terrace was great, and the food is of the highest quality with good choices available for both breakfast and dinner. Above all the staff are really genuinely friendly and polite, yet laid back enough to have a good laugh with. When, not if, we go back to Italy we will DEFINITELY be booking in at Majestic Palace!

Stayed here for my 50th. Loved it. Good choice of food. Clean rooms and the staff are the best thing about this hotel. Very friendly and helpful. They looked after my wife, friends and myself for our weeks holiday.

Great rooftop bar with panoramic views. Rooms at rear of hotel have balconies with peaceful view over hotel gardens. Excellent food. 10 minute walk to seafront.

Quiet setting very stylish with beautiful period furniture and spectacular Murano glass chandeliers and lamps in the public areas. Staff are all well trained and smart the food is great with 1 Michelin star. Rooms are very spacious and well furnished. Great roof terrace with cocktail bar - spectacular views from there. Will return.
