Snow-white Villa in a private Park directly on the sea on a 70-foot cliff with a panoramic view of the Bay of Naples and mount Vesuvius. Simply decorated rooms, relaxed atmosphere and all conditions for a pleasant seaside vacation.

Consists of a complex of buildings.

Beach: private beach platform (pier with wooden decking) 70 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The descent to the beach by Elevator, the descent to the sea by ladders.

Would definitely recommend! Had a last minute booking at Hotel Riviera and it was a great surprise! Rooms are comfortable and simple but with cool vibe. The common areas are nicely decorated and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The private beach club is well conceived and a plus, and the pool is great with an amazing view. We had dinner at the terrace with a breathtaking sunset over the water, food was excellent, I would recommend the restaurant even if you are not staying in the hotel. This place feels like being in a 1950’s Italian movie :), we will sure visit again!

I love the G.Riviera Hotel. It is located a few blocks from train station. We walked with our luggage both ways so it is very near from Sorrento town as 10 minutes walking distance and 10 minutes to Sant Agnelo. Beautiful grounds. Stunning views from breakfast, dining & pool areas. The beach/sea access: the most priced for me, absolutely beautiful!. The blue color of water is so inviting. We were there on August 15 for 5 days. We highly recommend this Hotel!

Such a beautiful location! We were allocated a room overlooking the pool which was not what we expected, so upgraded to a junior suite which was excellent. The location of the hotel, the view, breakfast, and ocean pool were all excellent. The rooms are however tired. They are really stuck in the 80s era but the view makes up for that. It’s a solid 15 minutes walk into the main part of Sorrento but that’s was a comfortable walk. It’s not cheap here, but that view!

Wow… the views from the restaurant balcony are just amazing. Such a beautiful place. Love the white marble floors. The cool little pier/beach at the bottom. The service here and genuine kindness of the crew here is TOP NOTCH!

We used this hotel as a base in Sorrento for 4 nights and loved it! Although the rooms and pool area are a little dated, the service more than makes up for it. Note that the hotel is about a 15 min walk from the centre but we didn't mind that after heavy dinners!

The reception and concierge team were on hand for any of our questions and gave some great restaurant tips!

Breakfast and the lunch are pretty standard but cocktails and aperitifs at sunset time with the view was amazing!

Grand Hotel Riviera was a luxury hotel with an amazing view of the water that is breathtaking to enjoy a drink or dinner. The hotel also includes complimentary breakfast which was very large and great value for the hotel. Unfortunately, with our travel itinerary, we did not get to enjoy the breakfast the 3 nights we stayed in Sorrento besides grabbing on the go for early morning plans. The location was great for the view but you are a 10 minute walk to the city center. It's a compromise I found worth it for the view. The rooms were nice and large. The staff was very friendly and even gifted me a surprised birthday cake in our room when they found out it was my birthday when scanning my passport.

Room is tiny for what you're paying/poor view on non sea side. Website boasts a "jacuzzi" but they do not have one and the pool is not heated. We like to book hotels with hot tubs so this was a disappointment after a long day of hiking.

This hotel was amazing. Location was superb and close to everything. Staff was extremely welcoming especially Mario who works down at the beach bar. If you vacation in Sorrento make sure you stay at this hotel.

The hotel has the best views of Sorrento ocean in my opinion. All staff including housekeepers are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast includes plenty of options with amazing sea views. The room is super clean but needs some improvements as the facility is very outdated. The room doesn’t have electrical outlets for iPhone users or other devices (only USB charging ports available). Having said that, they maintained the facility very well. I would stay at this hotel again.
