The location is pretty convenient though it’s not exactly at the center of Sorrento, shuttle bus service was excellent and it takes only 5-8 mins to city center.
Service from the staff is keen and proactive, room which we chose is double size room and it was big and cozy.
Pool is clean and broad, enough space for sunbathing.
Just be mutual, decoration was pretty old-fashioned as we had known in advance, breakfast quality can be improved.
It’s a hotel with reasonable price and good service.

Our room was very dated. The ceiling was covered in water and mould marks. The manager has claimed we asked for our room not to be done by the maid for two weeks which was the reason for the ceiling marks. A total lie. Food was good as was the service. This is not a Four Star Hotel. Would not go back.

We loved our stay here! 4 adults ranging from 18-59. The staff in the restaurant were all fantastic but special mention goes to Angelo, Pino and Antonio. Ibrahim at the bar was so lovely too. Couldn't do enough for you and brilliant with my fussy eater. We went on an early trip one morning and Angelo arranged a pack up breakfast to take with us. Food was brilliant, special mention to the breakfast but the 4 course menu each evening was so good! Stayed in room 223 which had a large balcony and all modern facilities. There is only one power outlet so still bring an extension cube/lead. The shuttle into Sorrento was brilliant, such a welcome from the walk in the heat. The rooms were cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff did a brilliant job. The pool was a great size and we didn't struggle to get sun beds at various times of the day. I got eaten alive by the mozzies but none of the rest of my family did, so take bug spray just in case. All in all this was the best holiday we had been on in years...thanks Hotel Caravel!

The hotel can feel a little dated in places but the staff, pool and air conditioning make up for this shortcoming.
Rooms - bit dated with old style key and massive key fob but immaculately cleaned each day, great shower and air con. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar.
Pool - fantastic. Very clean. Decent size. Bar service available. Plenty of parasols and chairs. No reserving allowed which removes that early moring stress. No night swimming. The pool was so good we didn't even bother going to the nearby beach club.
Restaurant -buffet for breakfast. You can request poached eggs, omelettes, pancakes and more.
Full menu for evening meal. Buy individual courses or do the 4 course option.
Food is excellent at all times and the service from the staff cannot be faulted in any way.
Location -yes it isn't in Sorrento but it is only a 5 min complimentary shuttle away. Remember to book the return journey! Plenty of decent restaurants in Sant' Agnello anyway. Some very high class. Depending on your room you can get views of the sea and Vesuvius.

Lovely hotel for a relaxing break. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food delicious. Felt very well looked after. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers. Comfy seating in lounge and garden. Very much appreciated the courtesy bus which takes guests in and out of Sorrento. Really enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk employees were great and helped with reservations even before we arrived. They even packed us an early breakfast 2 mornings, because we needed to leave before the dining room opened, for our really early morning tours. Food for breakfasts and lunches were really good. We used the shuttle service to drop us near the city center for shopping and exploring.

+ The hotel is close to the beach, which is for free . Sorento is about 20 min by feet. Spectacular view from the balcony. If you will be lucky, you can get Vesuvius view. Actually it is good hotel with pool, good breakfast and good location. The room was cleaned everyday and cleaning ladies very nice.- Actually we had so issues, but it was solved. So I can't complain.

We stayed here in Sept and it was a brilliant and memorable experience. The hotel was top class, the services were excellent - but the staff made our stay at this hotel even better. We found them to be all so friendly, courteous and professional. Really helped is out with advice and very accommodating.Location was top, and the hotel itself was beautiful - but oh my...the views across the Amalfi Coast looked like a beautiful photograph! Brilliant breakfast and Antonio and Giovanni bossed the restaurant. Quality service. We loved every minute that we stayed there. Thank you all.

Very good location, maybe a bit overpriced. Very useful bus ride to town center and back with nice driver, really efficient and professional. It's better if you look for tours elsewhere (down the street there is an agency), the reception wasn't able to arrange one for us, even prior to our arrival.
