We stayed at Waldorf suite hotel for 4 nights and it was a terrible stay.
In another Western European country the hygiene health and safety would shut it down. The cheese, ham, salmon and butter were kept at room temperature with no ice during breakfast. The room was dusty, the tv full of dust.
Definitely not a 4 start compared to European standards! The pillows very hard and it seemed to sleep on stones.
The manager claimed to my partner that they’re not family friendly, I wonder why they accepted our booking as they were well aware we had two young ones!
The carpark very tight and people blocking each other and we could get in with the pushchair as the cars were double parked.

I'll start with the positives. The staff where wonderful, breakfast buffet detightful, and the location brilliant. Now for the negetives. This facility does not offer the elegancy I've come to except from Waldorf. The decor is basic and very dated and we were missing some very basic thing in the room. There are no irons or steamers available in the hotel so forget your linens or anything that wrinkles. And no coffee in the room! You can get tea but bring your own coffee if you want a cup to wake up with.
The stay was meant to be the opulent end to our honeymoon. Sadly it fell short in regards to the accomidations.

Handy for beach and restaurants
Nice suite. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Pool facilities were disappointing - a reflection of the season winding down in mid September.

A fantastic stay. Every member of the staff was extremely helpful and made it a point to make us feel welcome. Speaking just a little Italian they were patient with us and often helped us with our learning of how to communicate. The room was one of the nicest and cleanest I have ever been in. We discovered we had an issue with the air conditioner leaking water and they made sure it was fixed quickly with no interruption to our stay. We will be back and highly recommended.

Definitely not a family friendly hotel. We’re staying here with our 2 young children and it’s an absolute nightmare getting in and out the hotel as there are lots of stairs. The lifts are very tiny, the rooms are very noisy, no kettle in the room, no coffee machine. These are all things that you wouldn’t expect from a 4 star.

Fabio from the pool bar on the top makes the best drinks very nice and friendly guy thumbs up 👌🏽👌🏽 See u next year

Great Location & Helpful Staff

The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Everything was clean and well maintained, although the décor and facilities feel a little dated. Still, a comfortable stay overall with great service.

Room with a view
The staff was super friendly and helpful, housekeeping, restaurant and front desk!! The location is great. We enjoyed the ocean view. We had a very nice balcony that was very large.
