When they say: They are professionals!!! Very well built structure, attentive to every detail and I mean the room, common areas and staff prepared and very friendly. The restaurant, with a top-notch chef, will leave you speechless with its delights. Skypool gem on the 6th floor guys!!! To enjoy day and night with a good cocktail. His wife Tiziana and the owner Giuseppe Tonelli are true professionals who do things politely and friendly, with smiles and words always right and at the right time. 100% empathy is, in my opinion, ESSENTIAL for the development of the above activities. I wish Giuseppe a SUPER PROSPERITY FUTURE AND FULL SATISFACTION, You deserve it. I appreciate the sensitivity I received in my presentations in general and especially in relation to managing the unpleasant situation surrounding Covid19. The reboot and changes we are about to face will only bring GREAT OPPORTUNITIES! As I say: THE FUTURE IS FOR THOSE WHO SEEK IT!!! If you are tired of everyday work and routine, the Crystal Hotel is what you need. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for exactly a week and were impressed by the high level of service, especially the polite and friendly staff, wonderful food from the super chef and a wonderful selection of wines. bed, very comfortable room with a terrace, cleanliness (they ask or lack more than once a day). On the sixth floor there is a Sky Pool bar, where we could have a delicious breakfast in the morning (I suggest fried bacon with egg) and where there are also homemade jams, pastries from the chef, aromatic brioches (croissants) and always smiling staff. man) you can just bask in the sun and admire the beautiful panorama, just swim in the pool. After dinner, live music on the terrace by the pool. We rode one evening, this time we spent it in the hotel, sipping dry martinis and listening to good old Italian songs. The owner of the hotel, Giuseppe Tonnelli, is a professional, as a rarity. Always ready to answer any question. questions, help, advise. If there were ten stars, I would give eleven. Until next time! For two days of stay, the staff and chefs gave their best. We had a delicious meal, the waiters were very nice and professional. We will definitely return.

Riva has the best. This is an owner-managed hotel that you can tell right off the bat and has very friendly staff. The food is great if you like Italian food. The view from the rooftop terrace is priceless. Just go there and see for yourself ??

We are back from last week of vacation staying at this hotel.. I must say everything was perfect! Praise to the 2 waiters who were always present for lunch and dinner, always available and very accommodating! Congratulations to the Chef for always great food... especially mid-August dinner! Only one downside for the waitress who answered a bit annoyed, but otherwise everything is beautiful! Thank you to all the staff for making us have a wonderful holiday, looking forward to coming back soon!

Great hotel The staff is very polite, very friendly and even speaks German which is very helpful for some. It is a 10 minute walk from the beach. Live music is played every evening. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are excellent, cleaned several times a day. Thanks to all the hotel staff, you are great, keep it up

We've been to the rooftop bar only, the service was great, the drinks were fantastic (the best in town) and the live music was a huge plus.
