Park Hotel Argento

We spent three nights at Park Hotel Argento and are still deeply impressed by the outstanding hospitality we received. We've been traveling for decades and have stayed in countless 4- and 5-star hotels across Europe and beyond – but we've never experienced anything quite like this.

From the moment we arrived, we felt less like guests and more like friends. Every single member of the staff was warm, genuinely kind, attentive, and always eager to help. This wasn’t just professional politeness – these are truly good people, and it's simply a joy to be around them.

Our room was spacious, clean, and inviting – the perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The pool and spa were just what we needed to unwind, and breakfast was absolutely wonderful: rich, varied, fresh, and complete with a juice press and fresh vegetables we quickly fell in love with.

But the true highlight of our stay was the hotel’s free shuttle service. Every time we needed to go to the train station or the nearby town, all it took was a quick 10-minute notice (usually less), and a friendly driver was there to take us – always with a smile.

In short – a fantastic hotel, warm and attentive service, and a great base for exploring the area. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation with a big heart.

I and my family and friends spent 3 night at the Park Hotel Argento and had a wonderful experience. The staff and services provided are impeccable and delivered with warmth, humor and grace. The restaurant provided a fabulous buffet breakfast and our dinner there was delicious. As mentioned by a number of other reviewers, the shuttle service to the train station and into town makes this a great location to easily access the Cinque Terre from the north. This is also good location to access more northern (relative to CT) parts of the Ligurian coast, which we did also driving to Santa Margherita and Porto Fino. And while their rooms may not be on par with the Ritz, they are very clean and the beds are large and very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep for weary travelers. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly la dolce vita.

The staf is super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was almost too good because you wanna be hungry enough at lunch to try more Italian food when out and about! The pool was very clean as an ex competitive swimmer. The wellness is awesome after a day of exploring! The restaurant is spectacularly tasty and once again staff goes beyond as my wife was not feeling well they brought food to the room. Easy to get to the hotel and safe spacious parking for low sports car. Also super nice to have a shuttle on request to the train or town center. Absolute win hotel!

Wonderful location with our room having a striking view of the surrounding hills and a peak at the ocean. The spa and pool are quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. As a design comment, the rooms should have sound deading appointments as every noise echos very hollow. This is not a detriment, just an observation. Overall, the stay was delightful, the service was excellent, and the location is perfect.....the shuttle as well.

The environment is clean and the service staff is friendly. The highlight is the free Shuttle Bus, which is delivered to the station or pier, which is very helpful for exploring the Cinque Terre. Personally, I think Levanto is the most suitable place to stay in the Cinque Terre area. It has the convenience of trains and ferries, is not as crowded as the Cinque Terre, and is not as vulgar and complicated as La Spezia.

Great hotel, conveniently accessible from the Cinque Terre with free shuttle to the train station and the beach/town. The staff is very helpful, helping with restaurant suggestions and reservations. Really a place worth staying at!

This is our second year in a row staying here. Both during the pandemic. This is a very well run hotel - clean, comfortable and very spacious rooms. The location is ideal as a base to visit the cinque Terre easily by train. It’s just 5 mins to the first , Monterosso. But levanto itself is lovely - nice beach, pretty little streets and some amazing restaurants.

The hotel staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast “buffet” is well thought out to remain efficient when self service is not Possible. We really like it here and I’m sure we will return .
