This is an old style Italian hotel, but the hospitality is old style too. We were half board. Breakfasts were excellent. Dinners were usually good. One was outstanding, one was ordinary. Very good outcome for a 7 night stay, we felt. There was typically at least 4 choices for each Course. The location so close to the boat station and old town is unbeatable. I would give it 4 3/4 stars if I could. The minor let down is the rooms. They are cool and well appointed but only just 4 star. We had the pool and garden facilities of the Regina Palace Hotel within our charges, which made up for the hotel having no grounds.

Outstanding staff made my 3 day stay pleasant. Bed and pillows are not comfortable, so little sleep. The town is walkable from this hotel. We had breakfast included. Basic under cooked bacon and eggs (American) each day with pastries, fruit, yogurt and cereal.

4-stars well earned. Courteous front desk personnel and good breakfast. Only star taken for no small refrigerator in the room. Even if no lake side room, still fun view to back street.

Really nice hotel, air conditioned rooms, clean, and cleaned daily.
Very well positioned in town.
Staff are very very friendly.
They will most likely speak your language: english, german, french etc.
Get a room with a balcony if you are a smoker 😁
Unfortunately I took one star away because of the shower cabin: it's small for me, I would like to see some of my friends showering 🤣🤣😝

We had a wonderful stay here, the perfect place to kick off our holiday.
This is the best location in Stresa; located right in the heart of town, and steps away from the ferries to go to other islands.
The whole hotel has a vintage and classic feel, but has been maintained superbly. Our room was spotless and was cleaned every day, which was a nice touch.
Breakfast had a nice variety of sweet and savoury items.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly, they were always ready to help. Special mention to Barbara who worked in the breakfast restaurant, she was so lovely and remembered our coffee order each day.

The dining environment for breakfast is great. The location is right next to the airport bus station. It is very convenient. It faces the lake and has a good view. The hotel staff are very kind and have a good service attitude.

Structure located in a central position, on the lakefront, but at the same time in a private environment.
Impeccable service, attentive and kind attendants, staff always ready to resolve any problems and ensure a pleasant stay.
