Great apartments, quiet location, nice pool, good breakfast and friendly owners/staff. There is nothing within walking distance so a car needed but plenty of beaches and restaurants within 15-30 minutes drive.

Lovely, quiet spot about 8km outside Siracusa. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment was thoroughly cleaned every day. We were served a simple but tasty continental breakfast daily in an outside communal area. Lovely pool and direct access to the sea. Best regarded as self catering rather than " hotel". The local supermarket sells delicious home made Sicilia food which I'd highly recommend.

Magical place! Structure built overhanging the crystalline sea; only flaw, the access to the sea no longer equipped. The swimming pool (even if small) very useful. The apartments of the residence clean and with 24 hour assistance. Air conditioning present in all bedrooms.

Absolutely l loved the space inside the hotel! Also, don't forget to go on the rooftop and sit by the sunet and have a drink. Wonderfully located by the sea and easy to access.

Amazing stay ! We started our honeymoon trip in Syracuse and the team of Re Federico really made it special ! Room super clean and big, very functional, good breakfast. In the heart of the calm part of Ortigia. I really recommend this hotel. Thanks again for the attention !

This review only concerns the valet/car service as we didn’t sleep in this hotel Paolo and Piero have provided impeccable service for us during our stay : they took and dropped the car at different places and times of the day (even late at night), and were truly helpful and kind Truly the kind of warm characters you tipically find in southern Italy. Regarding the hotel services I was disappointed...

The apartment was lovely and nicely decorated and the hotel is in an excellent area in Ortigia. What impressed us most was however the kindness and helpfulness of the concierge staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us! Thank you! Highly recommended!

Charming hotel. Fairly new, so no signs of decay (yet). Excellent breakfast. There is a rooftop terrace, but sadly enough we were only informed about this at check-out. Centrally located, but unfortunately adjacent to a main road. Keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper. Don't be fooled by the beautiful pictures of a solarium at sea. It does not belong (as is suggested) to the hotel, but is open...
