Beautiful new hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent. They are really trying to have a Michelin star. we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The hotel personnel was exceptionally polite, kind, and friendly. Our room was perfectly clean, the bed was super comfy - I wish all hotel rooms have the same quality of bed! Unfortunately we did not try the kitchen of the hotel which is a Michelin restaurant, but next time we definitely do. Walking around in the old town is easy, the charming main square as well as the see side are close proximity...

Great location, charming hotel. Furniture and amenities could use some updating. Decent breakfast. For 30 Euros a day parking, it was inconvenient to require 1 hour's notice for valet pickup. We were disappointed by the checkout process; checkout was at 11 AM and we received phone calls to our room at 10:50 AM, 10:55 AM rushing us out; we left at 11:02 AM and received another phone call scolding us...

Beautiful hotel, central location, sea view from the balcony, comfortable, lovely room. The service was pleasant and assertive members of staff, willing to assist and help apart from one incident, which was later looked into and rectified. It didn't spoil my whole experience. Sometimes people make mistakes. All in all amazing experience and thank you all for it.

Unbelievable service from the moment we walked in. Super helpful and friendly staff, the actual hotel building was amazing, something you need to look around. Location was a winner. One minute from one of the est view of Sarcusa and swimming. Loved it

Nearby farmer's market was steps from the hotel and local restaurants and attractions were steps away. What a fantastic hotel. Perfectly positioned overlooking the sea and walking distance from all the sites and scenes in Ortigia. Great restaurant, bar and comfortable rooms. But the real pleasure for my wife and I were the super friendly staff.........a huge thanks to Sabrina, Denise, Marko, Matgi, Francesco, Enzo and all the other staff for making our stay so memorable and fun.

My husband and I stayed in the deluxe spa room while on our honeymoon, and it was perfect. The room itself was beautiful, but it also had its own private rooftop balcony, hot tub, and view of the sea. The breakfast was delicious, and there are lots of other shops and restaurants within walking distance. The concierge helps us book a couples massage and a private boat tour while we were there. Great pool and great staff. You need a car to move around. Bus is going from outside of the hotel but it works Italian way :). Breakfest is ok and room what we had was great. Music from restaurant can be loud during weekend but it didnt bother us.

I visited for a "Happy New Year's party". Very accommodating, nice people and good drinks. It's a beautiful place with swimming pool, near the beach & sea.

Amazing location with beautiful private beaches, one of sand, the other one of rocks overseeing the old city of Syracuse. Very smart WhatsApp communication with the hotel which enables you basically to get any food or beverage delivered anywhere you are in the complex

Definitely the best choice to stay near Syracuse. stunning views to Ortigia, sandy and rocky beach in one place. The rooms are comfortable, classic design and marble in the bathroom with Hatria porcelain. The staff from the BF is very friendly, the manager behavior of the hotel is exceptional, he cares personally about the guest requests. We spent a pleasant time here.

INCREDIBLE!!! The hotel is beautifully constructed and has the most perfect location setting for a relaxing beach resort. The rooms are impeccable and I really like the interior design and overall comfort of the rooms. The presence of such a structure in Sicily is a merit and a great honor. Large hotel facility (4 star hotel) located in a quiet area not too far from the cost and Syracuse. There is parking available on property. The rooms are spacious but are very “cold” and outdated. Our room was located close to the hotel lobby / close to the pool. As employees use huge carts to carry their items, it was very noisy all day and all night. Overall it is a beautiful hotel, we had some issues on the first day with our shower flooding the bathroom. They sent maintenance immediately but then it flooded again in the evening. We were moved to a different room. The staff is friendly and eager to help, however, they need a bit more training to be 5-star hotel calibre. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing - everything from fresh salmon, tomatoes to croissants. They also had some gluten free options. Rooms were nice and spatious. Staff was kind. Swimming pool was great. Definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

I enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. We had a corporate event in Sicily and and have chosen this hotel for 2 nights. The territory is massive, super green. After Malta, I could not enjoy more walking around early in the morning. It is super quiet also, so you really get your sleep. Breakfast was delicious and great choice for any type of taste. The driveway to the Hotel was emblematic of the fantastic location - nothing can supersede driving under the branches of hundred years old pines. Lovely place with exceptional services.

Location wise this hotel was great for us. A short walk to Ortigia so ideal as a base for exploring. Breakfast was the usual buffet type and good enough. If you’ve got a rental car, some street parking and paid parking can be found nearby.

Nice and central, very clean, good size room for the price. Booking via Internet was easy. Inclusive breakfast is excellent, good variety , quality and quantity.

We enjoyed a two night stay in this lovely hotel. Not the most modern, but very comfortable. Friendly service, a very good breakfast. Moderately priced. My only complaint is that the WiFi did not quite reach into our room - only available in the doorway. It worked fine in the lobby.

Everything was great 😊 the owner was super friendly, gave me maps of the city and advised me what to do and where to go and even drove me to the city centre twice so that I didn't have to pay for a taxi. Room was nice and clean with everything that you need. 100 % recommended!! :)

Great place!! Very comfortable and nice rooms, with detailed decoration. The attentive host has always a smile for you and suggests you the best places to see and where to eat in Siracusa. Very recommended!

B&B Kosmos is a great place. Salvo is an excellent host and does everything to make your stay pleasant and worthwhile, is always available and his level of local knowledge is great.

A fine modern mini hotel with a dedicated and resourceful owner. Big air-conditioned rooms in a quiet area on the outskirts of Syracuse. It has its own olive oil from seven trees in the garden. Don't be put off by the poor quality roads and take the SIRACUSA NORD exit (essential). There is safe parking and convenient access to the monuments, etc.

Everything was just perfect! I appreciated very much interest and help with parking from the owner. Parking is very limited in this place and the owner was very helpful and quicky sorted out our problem with rented car and he navigated us to a "hidden" garage which you can not even find on any map...Room was very clean, neat and tidy, quiet place. Beautiful structure 250 steps from the sea and the same number from Piazza Duomo. Anacleto is very kind and helpful. Very nice room. Excellent breakfast with warm croissants and bread.

Fantastic room, great size, great shower. Amazing service and assistance from lovely hosts, would definitely stay here again. Reasonably priced too! Average breakfast for a vegan but then again that's the same everywhere in Sicily! Recommended.

Awesome hotel in a great oceanfront location the room upgrade was amazing with a view of the harbor and mount Etna. Wonderful staff everywhere. I’ve huge pool and gym. Walking in the old city is very cool at night. Easy parking. I could live here forever.

Where do I start. The service right from pulling up to the front was just impeccable. Gianluca was just amazing...give that man a raise. The room was beautiful and had the most perfect views...absolutely spotless and everything worked. It is the perfect location for exploring the town... Great location to walk everywhere. The Room was great with beautiful staircase and comfortable bed. Staff was great especially our Bartender who greeted us every night with our usual night cap 🍸 I woke up every morning ready for the Delicious Italian Breakfast!! We had the best time. The location is great, service is outstanding, rooms are spacious. The bed was soo comfy and big and there was a hot tub bath in our bathroom. The restaurant is on the top floor with a sea view where you can have breakfast or sunset drinks.

Great hotel in awesome location. Breakfast on a terrace with a view on a sea is exceptional. There is also a private beach (we didn’t manage to check it though) and convenient parking next to the hotel. The only weakness is the internet quality.

This is a really nice hotel with rooms that are unfortunately a bit below average. The rooms are small, and have virtually no storage. The lodge rooms are on two floors which to us makes no sense. In the middle of a shower the lights in the bathroom would go out as they were on automatic sensor – this was ridiculous. The air-conditioning also was on the timer. In 100° heat this is not what we wanted...

I was lucky enough to be relocated to this hotel, following a disastrous air b n b booking. The room was very comfortable, on the ground floor, which I thought might be noisy, it wasn’t. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. One night I ate in the hotel, the food was incredible!! I highly recommend it. I had vongole spaghetti, the flavours were explosive. Really good hotel. Friendly staff willing to help you anytime. In the center of Ortigia, the real old city of Siracusa. Cozy rooms. Warm and quiet at night. Free WiFi and varied breakfast with cakes, fruit, yogur.... the only “but” is that doesn’t have parking and park in Ortigia in high season I think it would be a nightmare.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The entrance can be hard to find, but you have to go inside the building in order to reach the hotel, from there you can ring their doorbell or just give them a phone call. I definitely recommend this place!

The location is not amazing but this is the only flaw. The rooms are clean, big enough, hi-tech, and the staff is very helpful and extremely nice.

The hotel is amazing, it is located next to the see and the view from the room is amazing. The roof top bar at the top floor with the restaurant overlook the port and we enjoyed the sunset from there. Cocktail queen Milena is a must. Excellent service, facilities and pool. A little remote and would recommend if you have a car and want a spa type holiday away from this. Without a car would have felt a little cut off with nothing else walking distance but several other restaurants 10 minutes drive to give options. Only 4 shuttles per day into syracuse and 4 back and its a shame the are not a few more.

The staff are all incredibly friendly. The best service I've had at a hotel for a long time. The facilities are amazing and you feel that you have plenty of space. It's a short distance to Syracusa but they run shuttles and we had are own car as well, so it was easy to get about. Highly recommend it.

Countryside location( 15/20 mins drive from Siracusa), comfortable accommodation, lovely pools/garden, quality breakfast and superb staff. Weather great too!

We stayed in the hotel with my family (wife and kids) for 4 nights. Beautiful structure (gym, SPA are wonderful and mini club, baby sitting are top services for families with kids), many beautiful rooms and everything taken care of to perfection, it is not easy to find similar places in Sicily. Came here with a deal for access to the spa and a 3 course dinner. The spa was very nice, with a variety of different rooms and not too busy. The meal was a good standard with excellent wait staff. The hotel looked lovely, though fairly quiet (it is April), would definitely consider staying here if we return to Syracuse.

Wonderful experience, the hotel is an oasis of comfort. Our two year old daughter loved the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, as well as the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. All was perfectly clean, comfortable, and elegant. Super friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated everyone but biggest thanks go to Santino, Sebastiano and Giuseppe. You are great! We will definitely come back.

First full day here and we are very impressed. It is a beautiful spa hotel with excellent service and facilities. Lovely room with our own private hot tub on the terrace. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is very important as it is placed in an extremely well and quiet location at ortigia island. The main building is old. They renovated the rooms thought. The rooms are small but they are luxury enough. The breakfast is simple with Italian styling. The breakfast is served at the roof and the view is very nice.

Nice looking hotel and well located within easy walking distance of most Ortigia sights. There is a ginormous jacuzzi in the basement, as well as a sauna, steam room and treatment rooms. We visited in mid June when it is hot, so were not that interested in the sauna/steam, but were a little surprised to have to ask the staff to prepare the area for us (to be fair it only took 5 minutes) - they go...

Had a great stay at the hotel Roma. The rooms were huge, and in a perfect location, close to the main square and laneways full of restaurants and bars. My highlight at the hotel was by far the breakfast each morning. You sat on the lovely courtyard outside and the selection was large and delicious. A must stay.
