Definitely the best choice to stay near Syracuse. stunning views to Ortigia, sandy and rocky beach in one place. The rooms are comfortable, classic design and marble in the bathroom with Hatria porcelain. The staff from the BF is very friendly, the manager behavior of the hotel is exceptional, he cares personally about the guest requests. We spent a pleasant time here.

INCREDIBLE!!! The hotel is beautifully constructed and has the most perfect location setting for a relaxing beach resort. The presence of such a structure in Sicily is a merit and a great honor. We have been coming back every year since it opened and every year we are more and more happy to be back again, there is always something new. We stayed in the villas this year, what a treat. Very clean rooms with new furniture. Excellent location to visit Syracuse and Ortigia on foot. The breakfast bar staff are nice and so are the hotel reception staff.

Clean and well furnished and equipped rooms. Friendly staff. But the strong point of the hotel is its strategic position, a stone's throw from Ortigia, Fonte Aretusa, Porto Piccolo. Practically on foot you can easily visit the heart of the city. The excellent breakfast offered with a ticket at the WE bar. The only flaw, there is no parking reserved for the hotel, but still a few steps away there...

Beautiful new hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent. They are really trying to have a Michelin star. we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The hotel personnel was exceptionally polite, kind, and friendly. Our room was perfectly clean, the bed was super comfy - I wish all hotel rooms have the same quality of bed! Unfortunately we did not try the kitchen of the hotel which is a Michelin restaurant, but next time we definitely do. Walking around in the old town is easy, the charming main square as well as the see side are close proximity...

An old-fashioned hotel with gorgeous but old facilities. The shower was not very useful, the space was small and it was sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The service was also average. I asked the front desk for a cup of hot water, but it was salty for some reason. I had dinner in the hotel, and the steak tasted average. This was the most unsatisfactory stay during this trip to Sicily.

Structure always full of charm and history. It is always worth staying in this hotel if you come to visit Syracuse. Breakfast deserves a little more attention.

This time we were given room 103, which is a double bed room with a terrace where you can go out and sit outside to drink tea. You can also see the sea in the distance. We were very lucky. The room was very good overall. The toiletries in the bathroom were from the Italian niche brand - CULTI. Former British Prime Minister - Churchill also stayed in this hotel. I personally quite like this hotel.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is very important as it is placed in an extremely well and quiet location at ortigia island. The main building is old. They renovated the rooms thought. The rooms are small but they are luxury enough. The breakfast is simple with Italian styling. The breakfast is served at the roof and the view is very nice.

Nice looking hotel and well located within easy walking distance of most Ortigia sights. There is a ginormous jacuzzi in the basement, as well as a sauna, steam room and treatment rooms. We visited in mid June when it is hot, so were not that interested in the sauna/steam, but were a little surprised to have to ask the staff to prepare the area for us (to be fair it only took 5 minutes) - they go...

Where do I start. The service right from pulling up to the front was just impeccable. Gianluca was just amazing...give that man a raise. Great location to walk everywhere. The Room was great with beautiful staircase and comfortable bed. Really appreciate the warm services of the staff; we had a wonderful dinner with Valentina’s suggestion; Angelo made me a delicious lemon honey when he found I had a coarse voice. We had a beautiful room with a fresco on the ceiling. The AC worked great and the bathroom was very modern. The staff were so helpful in accommodating us as we had some early departures for a tour and for the airport and they went above and beyond to make sure our car, laundry and breakfast would be done in time. We were here the first week in October 2024 & had a great time. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Slight inconvenience with the bed being in a loft (as was the bathroom) so that it was hot at night, & we had to go up a flight of stairs to use the toilet. Not a 5 star hotel. Great location and generally nice stay but far from a 5 star stay; didn't have an iron to provide, main doors were broken and had to be manually slid open, only elevator was broken one morning... The rest of the experience was akin to a good 4 star experience.

We had the best time. The location is great, service is outstanding, rooms are spacious. The bed was soo comfy and big and there was a hot tub bath in our bathroom. The restaurant is on the top floor with a sea view where you can have breakfast or sunset drinks.

Let's share the bad points first. Parking is very difficult there and since I AM DISABLED OVER 80%.As we arrived I was happy to park just close to the hotel. I did not noticed the parking was limited to 15 MN but I immediately asked at the reception is I was allowed to stay during the night, The portier went outside checked the car and said yes. Fine. Ideal location to explore Ortigia. Apartment very clean with all required facilities. Breakfast better than the standard buffet. The staff made the experience very welcoming and comfortable by providing recommendations of local restaurants and cafes

We are loving our stay at this hotel even though it is February and the weather is wintry. Location ideal for exploring Ortigia, room very spacious and comfortable, large well equipped bathroom, excellent knowledgeable staff on reception and pleasant breakfast room. We really enjoyed our short stay at this Resort. We went in May and many other Hotels which have a pool, had it closed at that time. This hotel complex when first built would have been a 4 to 5 star resort but over a few years of use some of the shine as gone being replaced by the start of grime and mould. We had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel. The stand outs for us were the staff service they always went above and beyond to help us and the breakfast buffet, it was the best I’ve ever had. Excellent service, facilities and pool. A little remote and would recommend if you have a car and want a spa type holiday away from this. Without a car would have felt a little cut off with nothing else walking distance but several other restaurants 10 minutes drive to give options. Only 4 shuttles per day into syracuse and 4 back and its a shame the are not a few more.

The staff are all incredibly friendly. The best service I've had at a hotel for a long time. The facilities are amazing and you feel that you have plenty of space. It's a short distance to Syracusa but they run shuttles and we had are own car as well, so it was easy to get about. Highly recommend it.

Hotel was very clean and upgraded with some wonderful artefacts/ art on display. Breakfasts were delightful and efficient. Hotel was reasonably central to see the local points of interest. This hotel was the perfect location. We walked everywhere. The hotel staff was excellent, from the desk staff to the fantastic wait staff in the breakfast area. Great breakfast buffet every day. Including made to order eggs and omelets.

Had a great stay at the hotel Roma. The rooms were huge, and in a perfect location, close to the main square and laneways full of restaurants and bars. My highlight at the hotel was by far the breakfast each morning. You sat on the lovely courtyard outside and the selection was large and delicious. A must stay.

This is my fourth night at this hotel and I can already say that the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, the service is amazing and so is the breakfast. The rooms are very modern and really clean. The spa is cool, especially the steam sauna. I'm glad I booked this hotel.

Absolutely amazing exeriance and stuff its friendly, I felt like I am a part of the family! Highly recommended. Also Spa in here its in the natural cave. Loved our 2 night stay. First night was perfect, but second night was a little soured by the AC being turned off - the staff (at their desk 24/7) said it's turned off until May even though we had it on the previous night. We had booked a nice room with a sea view but unfortunately it also faced a main street and was way too loud. The staff were very kind and helpful. Location wise this hotel was great for us. A short walk to Ortigia so ideal as a base for exploring. Breakfast was the usual buffet type and good enough. If you’ve got a rental car, some street parking and paid parking can be found nearby.

Great pool and great staff. You need a car to move around. Bus is going from outside of the hotel but it works Italian way :). Breakfest is ok and room what we had was great. Music from restaurant can be loud during weekend but it didnt bother us.
