Definitely the best choice to stay near Syracuse. stunning views to Ortigia, sandy and rocky beach in one place. The rooms are comfortable, classic design and marble in the bathroom with Hatria porcelain. The staff from the BF is very friendly, the manager behavior of the hotel is exceptional, he cares personally about the guest requests. We spent a pleasant time here.

INCREDIBLE!!! The hotel is beautifully constructed and has the most perfect location setting for a relaxing beach resort. The rooms are impeccable and I really like the interior design and overall comfort of the rooms. The private sandy lido is perfectly positioned for optimal sun in the am and early afternoon while the bayside cliff lounge area is perfectly positioned for later afternoon sun bathing...

The presence of such a structure in Sicily is a merit and a great honor. We have been coming back every year since it opened and every year we are more and more happy to be back again, there is always something new. We stayed in the villas this year, what a treat. We were here the first week in October 2024 & had a great time. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Slight inconvenience with the bed being in a loft (as was the bathroom) so that it was hot at night, & we had to go up a flight of stairs to use the toilet. The staff was uniformly friendly, helpful & accommodating. The hotel (built in 1890) is really beautiful, with marble floors, fabric wallpapers...

Not a 5 star hotel. Great location and generally nice stay but far from a 5 star stay; didn't have an iron to provide, main doors were broken and had to be manually slid open, only elevator was broken one morning... The rest of the experience was akin to a good 4 star experience.

We had the best time. The location is great, service is outstanding, rooms are spacious. The bed was soo comfy and big and there was a hot tub bath in our bathroom. The restaurant is on the top floor with a sea view where you can have breakfast or sunset drinks.

Great hotel in awesome location. Breakfast on a terrace with a view on a sea is exceptional. There is also a private beach (we didn’t manage to check it though) and convenient parking next to the hotel. The only weakness is the internet quality.

This is a really nice hotel with rooms that are unfortunately a bit below average. The rooms are small, and have virtually no storage. The lodge rooms are on two floors which to us makes no sense. In the middle of a shower the lights in the bathroom would go out as they were on automatic sensor – this was ridiculous. The air-conditioning also was on the timer. In 100° heat this is not what we wanted...

Awesome hotel in a great oceanfront location the room upgrade was amazing with a view of the harbor and mount Etna. Wonderful staff everywhere. I’ve huge pool and gym. Walking in the old city is very cool at night. Easy parking. I could live here forever.

Where do I start. The service right from pulling up to the front was just impeccable. Gianluca was just amazing...give that man a raise. The room was beautiful and had the most perfect views...absolutely spotless and everything worked. It is the perfect location for exploring the town... It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in recently. Breakfast was perfect and the bar was amazing...

Great location to walk everywhere. The Room was great with beautiful staircase and comfortable bed. Staff was great especially our Bartender who greeted us every night with our usual night cap 🍸 I woke up every morning ready for the Delicious Italian Breakfast!! Overall it is a beautiful hotel, we had some issues on the first day with our shower flooding the bathroom. They sent maintenance immediately but then it flooded again in the evening. We were moved to a different room. The staff is friendly and eager to help, however, they need a bit more training to be 5-star hotel calibre. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing - everything from fresh salmon, tomatoes to croissants. They also had some gluten free options. Rooms were nice and spatious. Staff was kind. Swimming pool was great. Definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

I enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. We had a corporate event in Sicily and and have chosen this hotel for 2 nights. The territory is massive, super green. Excellent service, facilities and pool. A little remote and would recommend if you have a car and want a spa type holiday away from this. Without a car would have felt a little cut off with nothing else walking distance but several other restaurants 10 minutes drive to give options. Only 4 shuttles per day into syracuse and 4 back and its a shame the are not a few more.

The staff are all incredibly friendly. The best service I've had at a hotel for a long time. The facilities are amazing and you feel that you have plenty of space. It's a short distance to Syracusa but they run shuttles and we had are own car as well, so it was easy to get about. Highly recommend it.

Countryside location( 15/20 mins drive from Siracusa), comfortable accommodation, lovely pools/garden, quality breakfast and superb staff. Weather great too!

Came here with a deal for access to the spa and a 3 course dinner. The spa was very nice, with a variety of different rooms and not too busy. The meal was a good standard with excellent wait staff. The hotel looked lovely, though fairly quiet (it is April), would definitely consider staying here if we return to Syracuse.

Wonderful experience, the hotel is an oasis of comfort. Our two year old daughter loved the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, as well as the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. All was perfectly clean, comfortable, and elegant. Super friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated everyone but biggest thanks go to Santino, Sebastiano and Giuseppe. You are great! We will definitely come back.

First full day here and we are very impressed. It is a beautiful spa hotel with excellent service and facilities. Lovely room with our own private hot tub on the terrace. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is very important as it is placed in an extremely well and quiet location at ortigia island. The main building is old. They renovated the rooms thought. The rooms are small but they are luxury enough. The breakfast is simple with Italian styling. The breakfast is served at the roof and the view is very nice.

Nice looking hotel and well located within easy walking distance of most Ortigia sights. There is a ginormous jacuzzi in the basement, as well as a sauna, steam room and treatment rooms. We visited in mid June when it is hot, so were not that interested in the sauna/steam, but were a little surprised to have to ask the staff to prepare the area for us (to be fair it only took 5 minutes) - they go...

A v cosy and welcoming hotel in Syracuse with its own secure parking, wonderful breakfast, cakes were awesome and very good hosts with a smile as a rule.

Great experience. Had some problems with the WiFi, it was immediately resolved with a room change. Breakfast is simply amazing, loved it, DIY natural juice wow. All hotel employees were super friendly, In my opinion, it's them that make a difference.

This is my fourth night at this hotel and I can already say that the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, the service is amazing and so is the breakfast. The rooms are very modern and really clean. The spa is cool, especially the steam sauna. I'm glad I booked this hotel.

Absolutely amazing exeriance and stuff its friendly, I felt like I am a part of the family! Highly recommended. Also Spa in here its in the natural cave. If you planning on coming to Siracusa Sicily, you just have to come here. Breakfast have a bunch of different options from healthy ones who care about calories to a more Italian traditional. Unfortunately, the place does not look good because of where it is geographically located. The idea of ​​using that large land for private parties with inflatables and swimming pool has potential, but the structure needs to improve in many respects, first of all the bathrooms. We originally wanted to be in Ortigia thinking we’d be too far if we stayed in Siracusa. It’s a short mile walk to Ortigia and well worth it to stay here! The breakfast is out of this world! As are the lunch and dinners. The only private beach anywhere in Siracusa and just stunning design both inside and on the grounds. The staff is some of the best I’ve seen. It’s family run and they bend over backwards...

My husband and I had the most wonderful time here. The entire staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially Francesca who gave us perfect recommendations for dinners and drinks in Ortigia. The room was very comfortable, and the private beach was so nice. I appreciate the attention to detail, it’s obvious they care about creating an enjoyable experience.

Overwhelmed by the generous and thoughtful hospitality here. Francesca and the entire staff were incredible and attentive. Having read some of the negative complaints it’s obvious those guests were looking for a ‘deal’, were bad guests themselves or simply have no understanding of how much it costs to operate lodging at this level of perfection. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting.

3rd time staying here ,it must be one of the most unique hotels because of the sheer proximity to the water ,luxury and simplicity combine very well . They made us feel part of the family ,will definitely be back .

We spent three days at the hotel with my wife. It was a real pleasure, it was a great balance between luxury and simplicity. The staff was nice and always available and was careful of respecting our privacy. The private beach is the best in town and the breakfast is just amazing. We will miss Buddy( the nice dog).

Charming

We called asking to arrive spontaneously to relax for a few hours. Vittorio answered, exceptionally kind, invited us to stay and enjoy the pool, bar, and spa. Place is beautiful and calm, great pools and pool bar. Amazing staff. It was perfect and will definitely come stay longer next year. Was totally worth it.
