Beautiful hotel, central location, sea view from the balcony, comfortable, lovely room. The service was pleasant and assertive members of staff, willing to assist and help apart from one incident, which was later looked into and rectified. It didn't spoil my whole experience. Sometimes people make mistakes. All in all amazing experience and thank you all for it.

What a fantastic hotel. Perfectly positioned overlooking the sea and walking distance from all the sites and scenes in Ortigia. Great restaurant, bar and comfortable rooms. My husband and I stayed in the deluxe spa room while on our honeymoon, and it was perfect. Great pool and great staff. You need a car to move around. Bus is going from outside of the hotel but it works Italian way :). Breakfest is ok and room what we had was great. Music from restaurant can be loud during weekend but it didnt bother us.

I visited for a "Happy New Year's party". Very accommodating, nice people and good drinks. It's a beautiful place with swimming pool, near the beach & sea.

Location wise this hotel was great for us. A short walk to Ortigia so ideal as a base for exploring. Breakfast was the usual buffet type and good enough. If you’ve got a rental car, some street parking and paid parking can be found nearby.

We enjoyed a two night stay in this lovely hotel. Not the most modern, but very comfortable. Friendly service, a very good breakfast. Moderately priced. My only complaint is that the WiFi did not quite reach into our room - only available in the doorway. It worked fine in the lobby.

Excellent service, facilities and pool. A little remote and would recommend if you have a car and want a spa type holiday away from this. Without a car would have felt a little cut off with nothing else walking distance but several other restaurants 10 minutes drive to give options. Only 4 shuttles per day into syracuse and 4 back and its a shame the are not a few more.

The staff are all incredibly friendly. The best service I've had at a hotel for a long time. The facilities are amazing and you feel that you have plenty of space. It's a short distance to Syracusa but they run shuttles and we had are own car as well, so it was easy to get about. Highly recommend it.

Countryside location( 15/20 mins drive from Siracusa), comfortable accommodation, lovely pools/garden, quality breakfast and superb staff. Weather great too!

Had a great stay at the hotel Roma. The rooms were huge, and in a perfect location, close to the main square and laneways full of restaurants and bars. My highlight at the hotel was by far the breakfast each morning. You sat on the lovely courtyard outside and the selection was large and delicious. A must stay.

Great experience. Had some problems with the WiFi, it was immediately resolved with a room change. Breakfast is simply amazing, loved it, DIY natural juice wow. All hotel employees were super friendly, In my opinion, it's them that make a difference.

We are loving our stay at this hotel even though it is February and the weather is wintry. I can't begin to praise this place enough. The staff is awesome. The rooms are large and the decor is kind of a mix of old and contemporary, blended in a way that works. The tiled floor is beautiful. The double size shower stall has three shower heads. We have a king sized bed and a nook that has a couch. And the rest of the furniture is wonderful.
