New hotel. Best possible service. They actually create a feeling that the whole hotel staff works only for you, like there are no other people but you. Awesome! Great service. Very very good food and wine. Amazing place.
Awesome hotel in a great oceanfront location the room upgrade was amazing with a view of the harbor and mount Etna. Walking in the old city is very cool at night
The service right from pulling up to the front was just impeccable. The room was beautiful and had the most perfect views. absolutely spotless and everything worked. It is the perfect location for exploring the town
This hotel and staff is amazing. Everyone was really fantastic especially Concetta at the front desk who tirelessly helped with resolving a lost bag issue we had with the airline
It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in recently. Breakfast was perfect and the bar was amazing. just a shame we were only there for one night
My husband and I stayed in many hotels throughout Sicily and this was by far our best experience. The service, aesthetic, and location are incredible

We visited the restaurant close to the beach. It is within the hotel but we got access from the beach. Ice staff taking care of you
Amazing location with beautiful private beaches, one of sand, the other one of rocks overseeing the old city of Syracuse
INCREDIBLE!!! The hotel is beautifully constructed and has the most perfect location setting for a relaxing beach resort. The rooms are impeccable and I really like the interior design and overall comfort of the rooms
The private sandy lido is perfectly positioned for optimal sun in the am and early afternoon while the bayside cliff lounge area is perfectly positioned for later afternoon sun bathing and a picturesque sunset view encompassing the Fort of Ortigia, Mt
Etna, they bay and rolling hills of Siracusa. This is a bucket list must stay resort for couples. Service was also top notch and all staff were extremely helpful and polite
The staff from the BF is very friendly, the manager behavior of the hotel is exceptional, he cares personally about the guest requests. We spent a pleasant time here

Very atmospheric place with history. Bit far from the city center, 30 minutes walk, but there are advantages in the form of free Parking, sobstennyh areas, large pool. The beach is conditional, paid
2 minutes walk from a lovely bar with veranda, a little further - a wonderful restaurant with a terrace over the sea (in front of the entrance to the beach)
Surrounded by many historycal and archaeological spots, located in the center of the town, this hotel has a magnificent park and a beautiful and open sea view. The dining room is impressive with two giants chandeliers.
Beautiful hotel and amazing garden. Lively food. Friendly people working in a hotel. Fantastic swimming pool. Great views. The Best place to relax in Syracuse ❤️
A gem of a hotel. Independent. Quietly efficient. Clean. Friendly. Efficient. Beautiful pool. Good food. Reasonable prices. Iconic.
But this hotel is not for a beach holiday and for excursions to Siracusa, if you are traveling by car through Sicily

Great hotel in awesome location. Breakfast on a terrace with a view on a sea is exceptional. There is also a private beach (we didn’t manage to check it though) and convenient parking next to the hotel
Slight inconvenience with the bed being in a loft (as was the bathroom) so that it was hot at night, & we had to go up a flight of stairs to use the toilet. The staff was uniformly friendly, helpful & accommodating
The restaurant is on the top floor with a sea view where you can have breakfast or sunset drinks
The hotel also has old world charm and while the rooms are a little dated and small in some aspects it makes up for it in charm, cleanliness and service. View from the rooftop terrace at breakfast is amazing and a must
The breakfast buffet was fabulous, with additional omelettes & dishes made to order included. All in all, this was a beautiful, luxurious hotel that brought me back to ages past, & we thoroughly enjoyed it
The location is fabulous, with everything of interest in Ortigia within walking distance. We had a couples massage, which was very relaxing. There is even a “Little Museum” of antiquities downstairs

We visited in mid June when it is hot, so were not that interested in the sauna/steam, but were a little surprised to have to ask the staff to prepare the area for us (to be fair it only took 5 minutes) - they go downstairs and turn on the lights, etc
We didn't see anyone in the restaurant in the evenings. There is also a rooftop 'garden' terrace and bar. we found a deserted terrace with 3 dying plants and no sign of a bar or any service
Nice looking hotel and well located within easy walking distance of most Ortigia sights. There is a ginormous jacuzzi in the basement, as well as a sauna, steam room and treatment rooms
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is very important as it is placed in an extremely well and quiet location at ortigia island. They renovated the rooms thought
There is a breakfast room and restaurant on the 4th floor, so beware those of you who don't want to hear scraping chair legs through the ceiling if you stay on the 3rd floor
The rooms are small but they are luxury enough. The breakfast is simple with Italian styling. The breakfast is served at the roof and the view is very nice

Cocktail queen Milena is a must. The breakfast also was super delicious and there was a huge variety of local Sicilian pastry, cheese and fruits. Definitely the hotel is worth it , very good value for the money😉
Amazing hotel we enjoyed our stay . The rooms are absolutely stunning and the breakfast is great - lots of choice and also gluten free options . The hotel has amazing views as well
The hotel is amazing, it is located next to the see and the view from the room is amazing. The roof top bar at the top floor with the restaurant overlook the port and we enjoyed the sunset from there
Just been to the beautiful new rooftop bar - best view in Ortigia! Great friendly service too! Highly recommend
The hotel was amazing, service great however a little slow. Specially the bar the service was extremely slow

We had a great room with a lot of space and quite incredibly, a private roof top patio. Great location in Ortigia on the eastern side where you're still in the thick of things but not so much racket from cars and such
The manager took time to show us around the premises, so that we could take note of the business office available for guests; the section where the breakfast was served in the morning; several sitting areas where people could gather; a well stocked bar; a side bar area where there would be complimentary coffee, tea and wine served along with snacks
A very nice hotel. We stayed in one of the deluxe spa suites. The organic breakfast was quite good and there were vegan options including vegan croissants! The staff were nice.
I was looking for a specific olive oil only available in Sicily and the staff at the front desk actually called the family that produced the olive oil and arranged a visit! This place was way above the rest and we will definitely return
It seems to be spread across a couple buildings. Public spaces are nice and the restaurant is a large comfy space. good thing too because there are a lot of people staying in this hotel
Both Apple Maps and Waze both had a different route that was much easier to drive. Highly recommend using either of those two apps instead of Google Maps. We will definitely stay here if we make a return trip to Ortigia

Our room was perfectly clean, the bed was super comfy - I wish all hotel rooms have the same quality of bed! Unfortunately we did not try the kitchen of the hotel which is a Michelin restaurant, but next time we definitely do
Walking around in the old town is easy, the charming main square as well as the see side are close proximity. I sincerely recommend this hotel to people who wish to stay in Siracusa old town
Beautiful new hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent. They are really trying to have a Michelin star. we enjoyed our stay a lot.

In all my experiences never have I had a more amazing massage than that given by Sam. He offers a range of relaxing, deep tissue and even Egyptian style massages which are worth every penny
Sam the masseuse was exceptional. Worth every penny. For anyone who is looking to relax then I would urge you to try any of his massages he has to offer. 10 out of 10 experience.
An absolute gem of a masseuse and I can say with all the confidence in the world that anyone who tries them wont be disappointed.   If I could give more than 5 stars I would
truly a must have experience if you are looking to relax in this beautiful resort

Excellent classic palacio, very well restored, friendly staff, comfortable and big rooms, in front of the sea. It is located in the heart of Ortigia, the old island/city of Syracuse. Breakfast with high quality products
During the night below the hotel, young people were playing drums on the beach until early morning. even if the windows are thick. Fantastic location, good looking rooms, very nice people EXCEPT THE RUDE ONE
Great hotel location, wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet. I would absolutely stay here again. Just a very comfortable stay!
Ideal location to explore Ortigia. Apartment very clean with all required facilities. Breakfast better than the standard buffet
The staff made the experience very welcoming and comfortable by providing recommendations of local restaurants and cafes
For sure in my next visit i will choose the same hotel

My wife and I spent two days in this wonderful hotel located right by the sea in the historical center of Ortigia. The suite is very big and has all the comfort you need
Beautiful beachfront property, cured in every detail. Great stay !! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Super breakfast.
At breakfast we tried homemade strawberry and orange jam, pistachio crostata and other delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel
It’s located in a quite neighborhood and you can reach the main streets with restaurants and shops in few minutes
A truly wonderful hotel, great, spacious rooms, best breakfast ever and very nice, helpful and friendly staff.

I can't begin to praise this place enough. The rooms are large and the decor is kind of a mix of old and contemporary, blended in a way that works. The double size shower stall has three shower heads
We can’t say enough good things about Henry’s Charm. The service was outstanding… such gracious and caring hosts. Each person wanted to make sure everything was absolutely perfect
We were gifted welcome drinks anytime we wanted; a van to pick us up when we couldn’t get a taxi; and very fast laundry service. They recommended the best restaurants in the area and made reservations for our group
The staff are absolute perfection and provide amazing dinner recommendations, top notch breakfast service (served on a terrace overlooking the sea), and the rooms are always immaculately cleaned each day
Amazing hotel - one of the highlights of our time in Ortigia. Each room is unique and the entire hotel is furnished to make you feel as if you’re in some eccentric aristocrat’s house
Beautiful hotel with quirky antiques in a very central location. We stayed in a couple of different rooms and each one had stunning ocean views

The breakfast was amazing! It seemed almost limitless. Pastries, fresh fruit, fresh coffee and tea. The service was relaxed but genuine. Always asking if we wanted more or making adjustments as requested
We ended up staying for three nights! The rooms were very clean and modern. There was a small but comfortable courtyard where we ate and chilled In addition to a regular inside eating area
It didn’t seem like much from the outside, but we liked the price and were happy to have a place to stay for the night. The price included breakfast so that was a bonus
A special note of thanks to Valentina who made us feel welcome and valued. Great value! We would stay again
We arrived after 9pm with no reservation as we were in the area and unexpectedly needed a place to stay
We payed 38 Euro for one night including breakfast. We had a big room comfortable beds. Build quality is not that good. But they are super friendly and helpful. The best deal I ever had for a hotel

I enjoy Gutkowskino every time again. The informal atmosphere, the friendly service, the tasteful (figurative : ) furniture and Santi's cooking style makes it that more than one sense is totally satisfied
The best spot to stay in this beautiful town. Friendly stuff, very good breakfast (not warm dishes like omelettes or fried eggs or any charcuterie) but a variety of local cheese, fresh fruit and juices
When I go out for an evening I hope to find a location that unites atmosphere, estetica, kindness and tasteful quality. I find it all at Gutkowskino : )
Very special and amazing food, service is perfect too, it’s a must when you come to Ortigia, thanks again
the view from the terrace is amazing! (This review comes from a critical insider)

These are ancient Jewish baths. I recall the only ones in Europe
They were buried, literally, in the 15th cenury when the Jews were expelled from Syracuae, and found again when renovation work was undertaken in the hotel inbthe late 20th century
Well worth a visit - if a little brief and pricey at 10 Euros (2012)
Ancient Jewish baths are very interesting. However 5 euro cost for guided tour seems steep considering it lasts less than 15 mins.

Cosy and lovely place in the heart of Siracusa. Staff tells you everything about sightseeings and assists parking in 100 meters in theater's basement. Breakfast was full of home-made delicious on the hotel roof
I'm currently on a Sicily trip where I booked my main stay in mondello. We decided to take a tour and drive to Syracus and stay here. This b&b is phenomenal!!!! It's tiny, beautiful, and authentic
It's a representation of Italy in its finest form. The rooms are clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is made with love and tastes heavenly
